SO pleased with the speedy response. We had set up an appointment for Friday however, Jesse called and was able to come out parts in hand AND complete the work the same day I called (Wednesday). We had Jesse do the work. He was very knowledgeable, personable and very speedy and thorough. He is a great asset to your business. Jesse was great. He was on time, polite, explained what he had to do to repair our ancient tub diverter, and installed our new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser in no time. He is now preparing an estimate to replace our old shower/tub enclosure in the spring. We couldn’t be happier!

Jesse communicated really well and responded promptly. Replacing the sump pump was quick and easy task that took 15 minutes for $425 (pump is around $185 and the rest is labor). Not sure if this is a reasonable rate! but better than others.
