Gilberto fixed my plumbing problem in less than an hour. I’ve hired 4 different plumbers since buying my house and no one has fix my problem. This company is very professional and very prompt! I will be using them in the future for ALL of my plumbing services. I am very much satisfied!

Came out and evaluated. Couldn’t fix due to septic tank needing to be pumped. Did respond quickly though.

I called for a clogged drain and was left with a burst drain and a much bigger repair which Jones said they could not help me with!

Prompt. Courteous. Honest. Reasonable prices. We cannot thank Josh enough for his determination in finding what was blocking the master bathroom toilet. After using a manual auger and then a motorized auger he went under the house to the crawlspace to try and find the blockage. Still no luck, but he did not give up! He went to the store to purchase a "balloon" to use with a hose to force pressure into the line. He said the one he had was old and he didn't want to take a chance and have it burst in the line. IT WORKED! We appreciate the fact that Josh cared enough about our plumbing and went to the store to get a new part. It would have been easier to use what he had on hand. This is the second time using Jones Plumbing. The first time we had a leak in the water line from our gas water heater which Josh fixed in under an hour. We give each visit gets five stars! THANK YOU to Josh and Jones Plumbing!!

They are the real deal. All the technicians are salaried and not commission based. So they won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Real honest down to earth guys. The technicians explained all worked performed thoroughly. I had a sewer drain pipe blockage which The previous company I hired came out twice and charged me over 800 only for the pipe to be blocked up again a month later. Jones plumbing explained to me the reason behind why you shouldn't use a hydro jet on my blockage since the high pressure of the jet just makes the pipes that were already damaged by tree roots even worse. And more roots could get in. Instead they recommend clearing the pipe of roots then using a chemical called rootx treatment every couple of months. Couldn't be happier with their service and willingness to share the wealth of knowledge.

Fixed problems we had for years

Jones Plumbing had someone to my house in 4 hours. Josh located the problem and explained everything needed to unclog my exterior basement floor drain. Josh was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He got my drain clear and it is flowing freely now. Josh made you feel the customer is important and that does not happen very often. I highly recommend Jones Plumbing and will call them if i have any more plumbing issues.

I had the wax seal on my half bath toilet replaced 2 years ago. Just like 2 years ago the wood floor began staining like there was a water leak around the toilet base. I was convinced it was a more serious issue so I called a local plumbing company. They wanted $50 to come and diagnose the issue, which I thought was fair. They arrived and surmised it was the wax seal and proposed to fix it for $250, plus parts, and gave me 2 additional options up to over $1,000. My wife fought back and canceled that plumber. We went to Angies List and got a list of 4 local plumbers. While we were looking at their customer reviews Jones Plumbing Services called and after we described the issue he said he could have someone at the house in 45 minutes. We said â you betcha.â Josh showed up in 30 minutes. We were immediately impressed with him, his demeanor, and his quick diagnosis was the wax seal had failed. He gave us a price of $140 and we were thrilled. The old seal was practically destroyed and he replaced it. Then he put plastic shims around the base of the toilet so it was tight to the floor, and it did not have the slightest rocking motion. He left the bathroom in clean condition. We are both so pleased we found Jones Plumbing. Usually it is an unpleasant experience dealing with plumbers but this company was the best experience we have had in being home owners for more than 50 years. I wish all plumbers were as pleasant as Josh. You cannot go wrong with Jones Plumbing Services.

The Tech came on Friday before the Labor Day holiday. He completed the first task very quickly and efficiently. He tore a hole in the wall to complete the second task and stated that he had no sheetrock to repair the hole that he created and he would come back the next day to repair the hole. He has since not returned or answered any phone calls. The third task he did, created a leaking garbage disposal. The company has not answered any phone calls to inquire if they will fix the issues.

They are dependable and very professional and honest.. Told me what he was going to do and the charges. I was very satisfied with his work. He even cleaned up after he finished! Will use them again if I have any other plumbing problems.

Jeremy and Josh were the two guys that came and worked on my pipes an stop a leak that could have been detrimental. A local company left our crawl spac a HOT MESS! The two plumbers came and used an auger machine to clean out the main sewer line that had at less 1.5 gallon of debris that was 6 feet out from the external wall going to the street. Within an hour they were done. Very professional and their cost of service is very reasonable.
