He was not good. I asked him many questions before he got there an then he didn't do what was discussed an refused to fix all his errors an missing info. Have called HomeAdvisor to report how bad it was.

I called left a message, did not get the return call. The next day I called back, John took the call said he was sorry he had been sick. We hired him, happy we did. He jumped right on it, we revived the appraisal two days later. The fastest appraisal we've had done. ever. He came in the ball park we were expecting. Yes, he's good. Yes would hire agan.
