I informed them about the investigation they initiated, but they never contacted me. I'm deeply disappointed with your company's service. It was terrible. You sold us a new boiler we didn't need, charging $3,000 to rewire a problem that wasn't there, and then pushed a full system replacement. We contacted you for basement heating issues; turns out we only needed two new valves. Your team insisted on replacing the entire boiler, took away the old one, and pushed a costly upgrade. My ex-husband, a retired master electrician, told us the wiring issue was likely not serious and certainly not worth $3,000. Your staff exaggerated the wiring problems to justify pushing a new system. We couldn't wait?temperatures were dropping into single digits?and now we?re $13,000 in debt for unnecessary equipment. You left us without heat during bitter cold, only returning after two days of ineffective calls. The heat finally kicked in only after contacting your AI assistant, leaving us worse off.

The technician Mike D., came over and was very humble and courteous to us. He gave a thorough inspection and asses the issue. He gave us a good explanation of what was going on and options for repairs that are helpful.

Jones Svcs sent Matt to perform the annual inspection/check up of my dual heat/domestic hot water unit. He was very thorough very professional and a very nice person.

Robert showed up and completed maintenance work and did a great job! He was courteous and even wore booties without being asked! He explained to me some details that i questioned and was done in a timely manner. I appreciate this servuce team because they serviced us in an emergency during the winter 2 years ago. They will send reminders and offer really good payment plans. Thank you for all your work to the staff and team!

My furnace needed a part witch Jones Service said because my furnace was old they can no longer get this part . Jones sold me a new furnace for $7500. I spoke to my brother-in-law who is also in this service in Texas and he told me to cancel this contract immediately. I ended up hiring Expert Mechanical who easily got the part and installed it for $749.

Jones Services never kept their promises to repair the burst in the in the water lines at my home. They used the wrong size water lines for my home. The 3/4 inch lines I supplied they would not use. They had to use their own material to warranty the job. So, they did not use mine and used theirs instead, but used 1/2 inch. Thus restricting the volume of water to my 5 bed 3 bath home. Instead of remeding the issue(replace the 1/2 with 3/4 and finish repairing the water line burst) They are refusing to finish the job and make this right.

Good company. The technician (Manny) is really good and he explained every step of his work. I would recommend this business to anyone.

The service provide was under the wrong impression as to where the water line that went to the bathroom was located then he finished and left saying nothing. he used coax lines instead coper then he taped in to a 1/4 to 3/4 for the hot water. I tried to get someone out there to look into this matter. I will not get the full value of my investments.

The tangibles: troubleshoot the problem, run diagnostics, access repair options, and execute repairs -- all quick and thorough. Completion to my satisfaction. Shawn found the simple and least expensive solution. The intangibles: friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, cleaned the work area when done. I am glad I used Jones (not the closest contractor) and consider Jones first for the value offered.

The technician did a good job. But I think the price is too high, given the fact that we had several water heaters replaced in the past with different companies

I need a new air conditioning unit and it was installed in two days. The project manager tony was very good and he spent a lot of time explaining what we need and why we needed it. The installer Mike he was excellent he explained stuff as he was doing it he had a great manner with the customer he got there early and finished early and he cleaned all of his mess
