Thank you, Thank you and thank you. I gave them 2 big rugs - one in white/beige and one in pastel colors - and I was worried that I have to say "Good bye" to them. But the Jonquil-Team did the most amazing job there is - and both rugs just look incredible and beautiful. I am so happy that they could save them. The quality of their work, result and pricing is very hard to find and can not be matched with somebody else. The contact via e-mail and in person was wonderful, great, lovely and quick in the response. I very much enjoyed working them and I do love my "new rejuvenated" rugs, they are nice and pretty again. Mitch, the owner is very polite and prompt. He explained the cleaning process carefully and was careful to test the fabric on our sofa before cleaning the whole thing. He and his wife came to do the cleaning and were thorough and very pleasant to have in the house. I will call them again when we need more cleaning done. Highly recommend!
