Jon did a very professional job cleaning the outside windows & skylights, and inside the skylights & foyer window (we cleaned the inside windows & screens ourselves). He called promptly and told us to say that he could not come at the originally scheduled time, but would be a couple of hours late. He was friendly and courteous.

Very nice group of men. Did a very nice job. Quick and efficient. They were on time. Called to confirm the day before. Finished early. Careful with outside plantings. It was a daunting project; we have 4 stories, 70 windows with storms and screens! Good job from top to bottom. Definitely would recommend Jon and his company.

Chandelier(was very dirty to begin with and main reason for service call) was cleaned but at night it is streaky, my wifes hand made door wreath was just left on the ground, removed screens were just left all around the my house instead being placed on porch where I asked. Furniture that was moved(sofa)in order to get to windows was left in the middle of the room. All in all the windows were very clean but the finishing touches of good customer service were missing.

"I was very concerned after receiving this review and I immediately contacted this customer to inquire about his dissatisfaction with the service provided that day. He never voiced complaints to me directly or promptly(3 week period) after job completion but seemed to be very pleased about my calling to follow-up once I did receive word. Clearly there was some miscommunication with the screens & sofa, and reasonable expectation of cleanliness of chandelier considering its state prior to cleaning. However, the customer's description paints a negative picture as if we went about our job carelessly without proficiency and this is simply untrue."

I would highly recommend Jon's Window Cleaning. I am always skeptical when trying a new company as we are very particular and have not always had good experiences in the past. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of Jon and his staff and the quality of their work. My windows have never been cleaner - it made the whole house shine. They were very particular about being neat in the house and being respectful of our plantings outside when using big ladders, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use their services again.

We have a contemporary house with lots of large picture windows that we wanted cleaned inside and out on somewhat short notice. Jon came to see the house for an estimate the same day I listed the project and was able to fit us in within a week. His estimate was competitive. He was very pleasant and professional. He arrived 15 minutes early but called ahead. His window cleaning was very good although he left a rare streak. He also wiped off the window frames and screens.
