Jordan Construction recently replaced and refinished my front porch. They did an amazing job, from the quote to the final nail, the entire experience was great. We cannot be happier with the quality of the work by Rick and crew! We hired Rick and crew of Jordan Construction to replace an outdoor 3 step stairway and landing, repair an existing additional entryway stairs, replace a wooden screen door for our screened-in porch, and replace and correctly vent a bathroom exhaust fan through the roof. Rick and crew were professional and easy to work with from start to finish, including the estimate, scheduling the project, and the work at our house. In addition, the whole crew was extremely punctual. Rick gave us a 7am start time and the whole crew was ready to go and started work promptly at 7am. The quality of craftsmanship and materials that were used were top notch. We are so happy we have decided to go ahead and schedule our second project with Jordan Construction!

After a month of renovations my bathrooms are done. I can NOT say enough positive things about our contractor, Rick Jordan, of Jordan's Construction. From day 1 he did exactly what he said he was going to do, met every deadline, was NEVER late, answered EVERY phone call/text, and explained every step of this project as he went. If anyone is looking for a talented, hard working, honest contractor, he is it!

Rick and crew did an amazing job opening up the wall between our living room and family room. This was our first big home project and they delivered. Communication was very transparent and things couldnâ t have gone better. The work started on time everyday and they did an impeccable job of cleaning up after each day. Will certainly be calling Rick again for future projects in the future.

Jordan Construction did a fabulous job recreating our kitchen. Rick Jordan personally guided us through the design process helping us to make sure that we were able to make educated choices regarding, all of the facets of the job. Once the design was complete and we chose our new equipment Rick schedule a start date and coordinated all trades to make sure that everyone involved was prepared to do their part when required, in order to complete the project in a timely manner. The crew from Jordan Construction took care of protecting the remainder of the house from dust created during construction. This was very important to us as we not only had to live in the house but also work from home. The final product was Outstanding. Little details were the difference between a good job and a great job. Rick and his crew showed great pride in their craft making sure everything was perfect. Rick inspected work completed by his subcontractors to ensure that we were getting what we paid for down to the smallest detail. We have been saving money for years to update our kitchen and we could not be more pleased to have trusted them to make it happen. When we are ready for the next project, we will be calling Rick.

Rick and team installed custom wall paneling and crown molding. SUPER professional, very detail oriented and punctual. I am very happy with the entire experience and outcome. Would highly recommend them!

Rick removed the old grout from our kitchen floor and cleaned, regrouted and sealed the whole floor. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend Rick for any home improvement job. He was incredibly meticulous with his work and did an amazing job. I will be using Rick again on any future home improvement tasks.

We can not properly express how happy we are with the work Rick Jordan of Jordan Construction and crew did on our kitchen remodel. This was our first major home renovation. After connecting with several neighbors and friends, we were plenty forewarned on the ups and downs and unforeseen delays which would occur...and we had plenty. From the get go, we experienced a major storm and one week power outage. This did not slow Jordan construction down one bit. They returned to the worksite with generators ready to work. Another delay occurred with the misfortune of our custom cabinets being mis-sized. Fortunately, Rick was by our side to calm us down and offer guidance and solutions. His patience and calm disposition was incredibly needed and appreciated. In addition, his team arrived by 7am every work morning and left the worksite spotless at the end of ever day. Without hesitation, we will hire Jordan Construction again to help navigate us through our next remodel.

Rick and his team remodeled a full bathroom for us and it came out great. The workmanship was excellent and they were flexible and able to adjust to changes made on the fly. They also fixed a separate problem for us (a leak) that coincidentally happened elsewhere in the house during the bathroom remodel. Highly recommended.

Rick and his crew did a fabulous job replacing my front door. The workmanship was superb. They were professional from day 1 to the end. They showed up when they said and even asked if i minded them staying late to finish. I added a sidelight and needed to move electric and heating to do this. I also added an additional light outside and a ring doorbell. Each night they left the job site spotless. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on other jobs at my home.

Jordan Contruction was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Ricky, the owner, was so knowledgeable and helpful, but also listened to what we wanted to achieve in regards to our remodel. Him and his workers were professional, thorough, and nice. The quality of work we got was unparalleled to any other remodel I ve seen. Great work, Ricky!

We contracted Jordan Construction based on glowing recommendations by numerous individuals as well as personal awareness of the integrity of the principal of the company,..Rick Jordan. Jordan Construction was tasked with restoring our kitchen and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The final outcome is of the course ultimately all important but the day to day experience of dealing with the disruption involved in the process is also significant. I must say it was an absolute pleasure working with Rick and his team. They are extremely nice people both kind and courteous. The work environment was scrupulously cleaned up every day. The project was completed in a timely fashion... on time and as scheduled. I also consider the cost of the project to be very fair. JC is very trustworthy and professional and we would highly recommend their services if you are looking for excellence and ethics.

Rick has done an outstanding job on multiple, technical projects that we underwent when remodeling our home. He is extremely responsive, punctual and focuses a great deal of attention on both the aesthetics and structural elements to make sure the job looks great and will last. Rick work was completed faster and for less money, than we expected and I could not be more pleased knowing I can rely on him for other jobs we will inevitably need and want to contemplate. He is an invaluable resource.
