I've never been so stressed out in my life when I noticed a hole in my roof with shingles completely corroded and missing. But all that stress disappeared as soon as Troy and his crew showed up. The quote was great, and the fix was even better. Definitely a trustworthy and professional roofing company. I'll be contacting them for the next repair.

Had a mystery leak in my roof. While there were some issues with the person originally assigned to my project leaving the company part-way through, Troy personally came out, took care of the leak, and even took care of a new small leak (storm damage) for free in apology for the delay, despite my offering to pay for the work. I work in the customer service industry and this is exactly the level of service I would expect from my own staff. I 100% would recommend this company to others.

Their communication is subpar. They subcontracted the job without disclosing the fact. Nothing that went wrong was their fault. When the job was finished they had to be contacted several times to clear our property of their supplies.

It was a pleasure working with Jordan Roofing. Other contractors gave high bids and then played the discount-after-discount game with pressure to sign. Troy gave me a good and competitive price right up front without the nonsense of trying to make me his best buddy and other tricks. I had a delay due to the roofing material I chose running out of stock from the factory. But once we set the date the crew was there bright and early. The job required some repairs to wood soffets and fascia, but everything was still all done in two days. I have a beautiful new roof.

We had a flat roof that needed a complete tear-off. We worked closely from the time the estimate was done to the final walk thru. Jamie, Troy and Travis answered all of our questions. The job required experts. The crew was personable and professional. The job came in at the agreed upon price.

i was very much impressed with the people who came out from Jordan, both with the original estimate people and then with the roofing crew. i was lucky to find them. I'd had difficulty getting other roofing companies to even just return my calls. i was especially worried after talking to my neighbor who'd had a similar issue with his roof and he told me what he paid for his repair crew. I am an eighty year old woman living mostly on Social Security and that conversation left me afraid that I couldn't afford to have my roof repaired.
