Rex came promptly found the problem and fixed it on the spot. His charge was reasonable and I would certainly use him again.

Rex was always there when he said he would be. Explain all the options got the job done as soon as i gave the ok .Would recommend him and would use him again.

after seeing the quality of work from the Last contractor, We decided to find someone else and that is Rex. Rex is a very kind, caring and informative person who knows his stuff. I do have more projects and when we are ready to do them I will be calling Rex Again and Again.

Mr. Jordan and his workers were very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. They were at our home when they said they would be there and everyone seemed to work well together to get the job done! We are very pleased with the roof wrap on our mobile home in Murrells Inlet. We had originally considered putting a metal roof but Mr. Jordan advised us that this wasn't the best route to take. I appreciated his honesty. We would certainly recommend his company to anyone and would hire them again.

Built the deck in one day and at a very reasonable price. Cleaned up all debris after deck completion. The crew was extremely courteous .and I would hire then again without hesitation.

I also hired this person to paint my beach house with 2 decks. The total cost was $13,750.00. There was a good bit of rot that had to be replaced. I feel like this was a bit expensive and for this price, I expected a better job and cleanup. But, I would recommend them, I just suggest you get other bids and be there to make sure they do a good job. I could not observe the job site while the work was being done. The bid did not break down material and labor costs. So, this cost was a bit of a shock.
