Appliance (Microwave Oven) Installation and Replacement

The response was fast, but the repairman showed up without the proper tools and had to ask me to read the instructions that came with the microwave to install it. While I was busy with my own things to do, he asked me for an electric drill and something to lay over the stovetop so he wouldn't damage it. During the install, he managed to damage the cabinet and soon after he left, I had to call him back because he improperly installed the exhaust fan. I was charged $90. I could have easily done this myself and in hind site I should have.
