Jose J. Bayardo Roofing

Jose was very attentive and professional. He was very detail oriented and explained every move he made. I would not consider calling anyone else.

Guarantee was good for one year. I called them back a month later to re-repair a section and then they no longer took my calls.

Impressed with his work, follows thru with what he says he will,is priced right & is easy to work with. Would highly recommend him!

I was impressed by Jose's quick response and professionalism. He identified the leak on my roof and repaired it right away and prevented further damage. Great Job!

They came same day gave honest quote and did initial repair. Good communication - very professional They talked me through the process with time line on project and costs and discussed contingencies with cost as well

Prompt, attentive, did his job, didn't mess around, called quickly, and serviced my project very quick. Explained everything very thoroughly. Couldn't be happier.

Upon request, Jose picked up downspout screens at Home Depot and installed them later in the day with the only extra charge being for the screens.

Great job. They showed up every day, and even arrived early a few times to be sure they were up there ready to get going on time.

Very affordable, easy to work with and did quality work. We needed a quick turnaround and they were able to meet our needs. They were also right on time. Super pleased!

This is how contractors should work. Takes time to explain what is going on and why he is doing what he is doing. Does not seem to be bothered.

True affordable pricing. Honest explanation .Will definitely hire him again in the future.

He knows roofing, very nice, always on time or early. I have recommeded him several times

Jose was early which was good and gave me a reasonable price and performed the work while he was here.

The job was done good and in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jose arrived exactly on time and was able to perform my small job right on the spot instead of coming back the next day. After a brief description of the scope of the job Jose and his helper went to work installing my weather vane in less than an hour. He even gave me a healthy discount over what he originally estimated the job for. Overall, a great hire and highly recommended!

Prompt, reasonable service. Have added them to our pro list

Jose and his assistant were very efficient in their work installing two skylights in our home. However, they could have provided better screening from the rest of the house, as dust was everywhere.

Was able to respond to a water leak related to aging skylights and flashing. Repaired the damaged area from and replaced the skylights and flashing quickly, cleanly and affordable.

Good communication, very responsive, great work. He is easily the best contractor I have worked with.

Jose was very polite and professional. Great installation and removal of all debris.
