Manny provided beyond expectations repair and restoration after water leak in 60 yr-old home. It involved drywall restoration, wallpaper removal, wall prep and painting. His attention to detail was outstanding.

I wanted to get my basement remodeled so I called for some quotes and upgraded construction was one of them. Not was Manny the owner very nice and very knowledgable he was also price competitive. Seemed like the other companies were rude and pushy also over priced! Manny gave us a really good easy experience, and gave me my family the perfect basement to hangout in! Thank you to Manny from upgraded construction. I will refer all my friends and family to you!

Manny is friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He made sure to educate us on every aspect of the job he did in our kitchen and bathroom. He also partially tiled a bathroom wall for us. We will definitely have him and his team back for more work in our century home!
