Vey Professional team, communication is great!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joseph 2 Unlimited. They installed the roof and just recently have had small issues with it. But Mr. Terrell was one call away and repaired these issues with no problems. I literally texted him and he texted me back, and the crew came out the next day to do the warranty repairs.

The roofing project started well but 4 months later my roof started leaking where it was not leaking before. I contacted the owners and made them aware. I had to call them again because no one followed up a week later to give me a time frame when the leak would be repaired. A few days later they sent contractors to my home unannounced to fix the repair. A month later the same spot was getting bigger that was supposed to be fixed. I contacted them again and this time no follow up for 2 weeks. I sent the owners a negative text about the lack of communication. Mr. Joseph Terrell responded with excuses and stated the roof is under warranty it will get taken care of. I advised him my concern is when repairs would be made because this could get worst. I also stated to him my family has done a lot of business with this company and I need to see results. Mr. Terrell responded in a manner that was ungrateful for the jobs he received from my family which was 3 roofs. Mr. Terrell also argued back and forth whether or not our business was worth his time. He continues to say my roof is under warranty yet I have no documentation of that. Mr. Terrell has poor customer service and business skills because who argues with a customer and tells them their business is not worth their time and going as far as to say he lost money. Well Mr. Terrell that is your fault for the way you run your business that I can not seem to even find on BBB. You not making money off a roof has nothing to do with me. Your company sets the rules on how you get paid. I did not ask for any favors. I nor my family would NEVER refer this company to anyone. Lack of communication and the owner is very arrogant. Also the whole time I dealt with his wife and only saw him once when it was time to collect payment. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon and I do not have to take legal action. UPDATE: They sent someone to do the repair unannounced. And everything has been resolved.

This company started on time and worked fast, maybe a little too fast, since they damaged siding when removing old roofing. When I complained to Mr. Joseph, he completely denied any responsibility without even seeing the damage. After arguing he finally agreed to pay for material replacement only. I CANNOT recommend this company since they did not take full responsibility for the damage they did and because of the attitude of the owner.

The turnaround time from contract signing to completion of work was incredible and the work was done in one day. The price was awesome!!

They were fast. They were professional. My room was repaired less than 72 hours after the initial visit and assessment. I am thoroughly satisfied. And I have the guarantee that should anything happen, I can call them even after the warranty.

I called one day and the next day they were coming out to replace my roof. I was at work and received pictures from the time the job was started up until they finished. The roof was completed that same day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.
