We called Dipietro to repair our Air Conditioning system in our home. The technician misdiagnosed the problem as being a bad contact. He did not have a replacement contact on his truck at the time of the visit. He stated he would have to order one and return another day to install it. He stated the repair charge would be $357.14 to install the contact, including parts and labor. We agreed to that and he required us to put down a deposit, which we did. A few days past and we did not hear from him. During that time we found out that the price of a new contact online was about $10.00. So, we ordered one and installed it ourselves. It did not fix the problem! Our AC was still not working! So, we called Dipietro and let them know this. They had the technician call us. The technician called and left a voicemail message explaining that the next step would be to check the system for leaks, and that it would be a very expensive process. We then called another company for help. They came out and determined that the system was low on refrigerant. They added refrigerant and that got the system running great! We later added a leak sealant to the system as a precaution. The system has been running great! Dipietro claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Yet, when we told them we were not satisfied, they refused to give us a full refund! Their technician is incompetent and we would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Horrible customer service. We had our central air conditioning unit installed June, 2017 and have had constant problems with it since its inception. We had a technician down almost on a weekly basis to trouble shoot the issue and find the root cause. We worked with him exclusively until November, 2017 when it got too cold to do any more work. Fast forward to April, 2018. We found out that the lead technician (Ivan) who we were dealing with is no longer with the company along with the Service Dept Manager (Alan Hamer) and office manager (Donna Bradley) who was working our case; they all either resigned or were let go by the company. Rather ironic since DiPietro is supposed to be a family friendly, loyal company. I have called 3 times so far to try to get some resolution to this problem. The only response I get is "we are trying our best to get this resolved". Supposedly, they are contacting Carrier to have one of their service reps come down. It has been over a week and still nothing. Also, when the Service Dept Manager left the company (Alan Hamer), our case was not discussed as part of the transition process. I find this hard to believe as Alan told us on many occasions, our issue was always discussed during weekly triage sessions. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DIPIETRO; WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. We are in the process of hiring an attorney and reporting them to the Attorney General's office.

DiPietro was non aggressive with sales and explained the materials that would be a fit for my home. The installation team did a seamless job. DiPietro is also VERY responsive if you have questions or concerns. If you don't understand the phone conversation they will send a tech out to educate you. They are very fast at sending a tech out if there seems to be any issues. From the first call the last of the installment, DI Pietro was excellent!
