"I?m responding to Cindy [Consumer Name Removed].?s review in order to clarify the negative elements of her comments. Here are the negative comments and the facts : 1.COMMENT- ??what he didn?t give me was time and consideration.After paying Joe approximately?he refused to speak to me , except via text or email? RESPONSE- Cindy [Consumer Name Removed]. Attempted to call me several times while I was at a Funeral. I asked her to text or email me instead of calling me. She became angry and sent very unflattering messages and threatened me with negative reviews as a result (all documented)). I?m reluctant to write that CINDY [Consumer Name Removed]. And I had long conversations on several occasions about her project and some of her personal difficulties within her marriage. She cried on the phone about them on one occasion and while I attempted to console her I was extremely uncomfortable. 2. COMMENT: ?Joe ended up installing used equipment from the alley and no longer cared about the job.? RESPONSE- Absolutely incorrect. CINDY [Consumer Name Removed]. requested that we install a piece of doorstop material in a hall closet which we did (FOR FREE) , but the piece of trim had been brought out to the back yard from the unit as we were cleaning and moving our stuff out. We brought it back in and installed it, PER HER INSTRUCTIONS. in summation, Cindy [Consumer Name Removed]. Has a warranty on all of the work we did. However, we are a construction Company. While we care a great deal for our customers and our reputation, we are not mental health professionals. We ALWAYS provide a high quantity product for a fair price. Thank You, J&A"
