"When we arrived to this location the unit was pulled out and had been partially taken apart. the unit was a stacked motorhome unit. when I first arrived the unit was not running, this is because the customer discounted the motor, I asked him if he had been inside the unit, he replied NO! this was impossible. connected and completed the diagnostic. the unit had a Rear panel heating element that was blown. disassemble the inner dryer tested all components and replaced rear heater panel. One we did not pull the unit out, it was already out, this was done by the customer Two, we provide windows, it is impossible to work on appointment’s in appliance repair. We do our best to get there in the window. We stay in contact with the customer at all times The cost, we have not raised our prices in three years, but all of our costs have increased by 65% and more. The unit was repaired 100% and I don’t understand how people like this customer can set out to hurt a company that is out working and showing up in 119 degree weather, with the correct part, repair appliance in 1 hours, and charge you a reasonable price.
