I just love my new sink!! I hated the old one when I moved into my house 5 months ago and never thought the sink could be replaced without removing the granite but I was wrong. Joe got the right sink for me per my specifications and he also got the color just perfect.

Joe's guys just left, and I am here to tell you they did a FANTASTIC job! They were friendly, efficient, considerate, helpful, and professional! I have no words to express what a great experience this has been. I cannot believe they completed the task in just a few hours and left my kitchen better than they found it. Sam and Joe changed out our kitchen sink for a large single basin sink. They had to cut and polish existing granite to fit new sink. They did a great job. You cannot tell that granite was cut and polished. Highly recommend.

Buyers beware! Firstly, I will say that we are new homeowners. A representative, Bradley E Prescott, was the person who sold and performed our sink replacement. The job was pretty expensive, close to $3,000.00 in total. So we expected more than what we ended up getting. The job was completed, and the sink replacement was installed correctly. Why such a low rating, you ask? Well a little over a year later the piping under the sink they worked on started to leak. Since it was over a year we assumed it was unrelated to the sink install, we had a good handyman come to check it. It turned out to be an easy fix for him. But he discovered that I hate my sink installer removed the entire bottom half of a new garbage disposal unit to get around the PVC piping rather than redo the piping, which I am sure would now have added much to yet cost material wise but would have added to the time to replace it correctly. And as they say, time is money. Being ignorant in general about home repairs, we failed to notice the missing piece until the handyman pointed out to us. Sloppy work and sneaky to not address it to us directly. Someone reputable would have taken care of it. SO AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE, MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE-CHECK THEIR WORK BEFORE THEY LEAVE! I am sure that after a year and a half, they are not going to return and correct their purposeful and sneaky removal of part of a brand-new garbage disposal unit. Mr Prescott has my number. We had looked for someone to repair our cracked granite counter for years. We finally found Joe. We also wanted to replace the existing sink which was out dated and in need of replacement. Joe came out to our home, told us what could be done, measured the preposed work, gave us a price, and ordered a stainless steel farm style sink (which my wife loves). Sam, the super talented tech, did the work. His craftsmanship, and care for detail was outstanding. Cutting a granite counter requires skills not easy to find. Needless to say we are absolutely delighted with the finished product. We highly recommend Joe and his team, would hire them again.

I LOVE MY SINK! For many years, the main kitchen sink has been an â issueâ with the cracked granite in front which has only gotten worse and worse over the years. The original custom oversize sink installation done at the time the home was built was of poor workmanship. The failure got progressively worse over time causing even more and more damage. This home had extensive use of this (unusual) matching granite throughout. Over the years, more than a dozen different contractors looked at the problem and all essentially said there was nothing â theyâ could do. The problem was compounded by the fact that conventionally sized sinks would not fit the problem area. Brad Prescott of I Hate My Sink offered what literally dozens of others failed to recognize ... that is â ¦ â a custom sink to fitâ solution. This was a rather unique (and difficult) cabinetry situation, however the measuring, measuring and even remeasuring worked out to something that was perfect. Admittedly there was quite a wait for the custom manufactured sink to arrive but what arrived was great. â ¦ and thinking back, actually WORTH the wait! The installers were real professionals. Frankly, I have not often seen installers with this level of professionalism. Impeccable care was taken by Rod and Ed to minimize any impact on the rest of the home and especially the rooms in which they were working. The results were outstanding. The entire kitchen now seems to be transformed to something â exceptionalâ . I LOVE MY SINK!

Joe did a fabulous job of replacing our small two bowl kitchen sink with a large one bowl. He cut the granite island top to fit the new sink, finished the granite opening with a beautiful edge, set the new sink and re-installed the faucet, water filter system and soap dispenser. Top notch job as he promised.

I had a disaster of a kitchen sink that had been porcelain and then rusted through to ugly. I called Joe, he came over to give a price on sink replacement, I accepted and a few days later, his employee, Sam, came over to do the work. He removed the old sink, cut and shaped my remaining granite counter and installed a new 'Farmer's Sink. His work was meticulous and the product was outstanding. I would recommend Joe and his compnay to anyone wanting or needing a kitchen sink replaced or installed. Quality was excellent as was the workmanship. He was neat and cleaned up after the work was done and no further cleaning was needed by me. The old sink was taken to the garage to be dumped on trash collection day. All in all, highly recommend Joe and Sam. Thank you.

I hated my Corian acrylic sink for a long time because of stains and marks from hot pots before we moved in. Sam came and cleaned and sanded the sink and it looks almost like new. It took three hours of work. Sam did a great job.

When we moved into our house on the beach, one of the pain points we had was that a double sink was in the kitchen. For years, we had a single stainless sink at our former residence, and we loved it. Besides the double sink, the kitchen countertops were a gorgeous granite design, and we did not want to replace it. While looking through the Home Magazine, we saw Josephâ s full page ad for his services, and I immediately contacted him. We chatted on the phone, found out pricing for a new sink (he was also going to install a new faucet to go with the sink), and were pleased that the granite would not be destroyed. The sink arrived, followed by Sam coming over to our place. Two hours later, the old double sink and faucet were removed, and the new single stainless sink and chrome faucet/soap dispenser were installed. We are so happy with the service that we will definitely recommend Joseph and Sam to anyone who wants to replace their sink, and not have anything done to their granite countertops. I offered to clean up the mess which is not my issue. While I was cleaning the countertop, I noticed a big crack. I called Joe about it and sent him a text attachment showing the crack. His answer was to keep calling him to remind him and that eventually, he would stop by to fix it, after several calls and text messages with no response, I have decided that he has no intention of fixing a very simple issue. Disappointed!

We had a porcelain sink it came with the house when we had it built along the years we changed our appliances to stainless steel but the sink. Called Joe and made an appointment he came to assess we agreed on the cost and the style of the sink we wanted for a long time 2 days later the sink he ordered was at the house I called Joe and set up the installation. Sam his wingman is very nice and very respectful, calm and very patient. Joe checked in with him and said it will look nice after his done. He was not lying we are very happy of the outcome. I even called Sam because I thought my hot Water not working. He came back to check on it even he was far away from the house but there was no issue with the hot water just did not know which direction the hot and cold. I thanked Sam for being patient and Joe for hiring him.

Joe and Sam arrived on time. They did a good job. They did not clean up. The boxes that the sink came in, faucet, soap dispenser, and the pieces of granite that were removed (they were heavy) were left right at the front door. Joe and Sam had to walk right by them when they left. It seems Joe has left garbage at other Jobs. Just a heads up. My husband was not happy, for what we paid Joe he should have removed the trash. Joe, that was very unprofessional. It felt like you tried to get over, did not leave a good feeling.

Mr. Corlette did an amazing job with installing our stainless sink. Not only install, but he rounded the corners of our granite countertops all the way round the sink. The detail is beautiful. Today Joe replaced my double sink with an undermount Kohler farm sink. He came at 9 and finished by 4. His work was excellent. I would highly recommend him. Looks like an original installation.

We had an under mount stainless steel kitchen sink with a solid divider in it. We had always wanted a farm house sink and decide to go for it. Joseph did an amazing job on giving us exactly what we wanted!!! In fact it came out even better than we expected!!! The whole project only took a day too. We now have an all stainless steel completely open under mount farmhouse sink. It opens up our kitchen so much and looks fantastic. We couldn t be happier with the job that was done. Since moving to my current home, I was not happy with the undermount sink the previous owners had installed during their remodel. It was the type with one large basin on the left side and the small one with the garbage disposal on the right. I did not find the smaller side functional for my dishwashing habits. I thought I had to live with it or replace it along with all the granite. Fast forward eight years and I opened the home improvement booklet I received in the mail and saw the add for Joseph Corlett/Ihatemysink.com. I gave him a call and we set up a consultation appointment for that week. He said he would arrive at 9:00 AM and he was right on time. I was very impressed with his punctuality, professionalism and knowledge. He showed me pictures of different types of sinks and I selected a large single-basin apron front stainless steel sink. He contacted me when the sink arrived from the manufacturer and we set up an install date. As expected, he arrived exactly when he said he would and his helper was right behind. I was concerned about how he would be able to cut and polish the granite to fit the new sink but needn't have been. He did a fantastic job and re-installed my faucet and garbage disposal. Beautiful. I am a happy girl and I love showing it off. I highly recommend Joe Corlett as he knows what he is doing!

We recently used Joseph to install a new kitchen sink in our home. We found Joseph through Ferguson's Kitchen and Bath. The sink install required re configuring the opening of our existing granite and Joseph did a great job redesigning the opening. A couple of days after the new sink install, however, we ran into a small glitch. We contacted Joseph with our concerns. Joseph came out immediately to address our concerns and continued to work with us until we were completely satisfied with the final product. Joseph said to me during this process that a great contractor is not only someone who is there when the project goes well, but it is someone that will be there for you even when the project doesn't go as expected and continues to work with you until you are satisfied. Joseph proved his commitment to our project when he went above and beyond to satisfy us. He is great at communicating with the customer and he shows exceptional knowledge in his field. We can't say enough kind words about Joseph and we would definitely recommend him!

Had problem with granite counter leaning, they leveled and secured correctly. I also had kitchen sink separating from counter top. They silicone and corrected the problem. Great at dealing with granite and how should be installed. I would hire anytime to do my granite installs. I wish they had done the project originally. Thanks much for time to do a small job and especially the cost was super reasonable.

Joe saved my Christmas. My sink "fell" and was hanging detached from the quartz counter a week before my large family gathering on Christmas day. I never thought I'd get it repaired around the holidays. Joe fit me in his schedule and came as planned and repaired my sink and it was not an easy fix. I was so happy. So thankful I found Joe.
