Joe was the first to respond to my Home Advisor request and offered great follow-up with phone calls and pictures that let me make a same day decision. He followed up by completing the job on a schedule that worked for us. He also took time to review new zoning regulations as well. He was simply not only good but a nice person to do business with.

My wife got ticked off because I did not fix a shut off valve in the bathroom and called him out. I figure maybe $150 for this 15 minute job. Much to my alarm it was $325 and that was with an Angie List 10% discount. I could have lived with $200 but this was just a rip off.

"I am very surprised this customer isn't satisfied with the price. I was called on Saturday evening and was told this was an emergency. I asked for a photo of the leaking pipe and toilet tank which they texted to me. I texted them the price beforehand of $310.00 with a 10% coupon and the quote was accepted and I was asked to come out ASAP and do the job which I completed in less than 1.5 hours , which is an extremely fair price for a weekend after 6 pm I've been doing this trade for over 25 years and have over 98% of my reviews graded at 4-5 stars or A to A+. As a courtesy I am offering them a free water heater flush and inspection."
