Joe is a spectacular guy with an iron clad work ethic. He is old school. As in, they donâ t make â em like him anymore. He doesnâ t cut quality or integrity of a job. He does a phenomenal job for very competitive rates. His quality, attention to detail, customer service and follow through are second to none. He walked us through the rest of our project step by step after he completed the plumbing portion. We are now considering ourselves life long customers after one job. Iâ m a picky person, so this is saying a lot! We are extremely grateful to have found him. Phenomenal guy, outstanding work! Highly recommend!

The owner is very strait forward and helpful he was very helpful when it came to what we wanted. He was always willing to tell us his thoughts and let us decide the way we wanted to go. If we have any future projects that is in his expertise we will be calling him first.

Do not trust this company they are not reliable and give excuses as to why they dont show up to finish the work. Took to court and there is an unpaid judgement that they failed to pay....

"did large project for there family member. wanted us to travel to newbury ohio. wanted us to do the job. delt with covid and covid protocol issues as well as lack of materials being available at the time. it took time. job had many changes which and obstacles to deal with. came down to they wanted more and got more than was quoted. I do know they are enjoying there patio and deck. God bless them."

Hired them in 2021. The project was to start in June then was told last week in July. Started the last week of August. A project we were told would take 10 days is still not completed. There were weeks where they would show up once or twice a week and only work 3-4 hours. Some weeks they would not show at all. Many promises that they would be there and not show at all. My wife and I had to take them to small claims to get money and after receiving the judgment we are now trying to collect without a response from the company...

The Deck project started in May 2021 and, twelve months later, is only one-third complete. Work that was done was delayed several times using every excuse in the book, including "too hot." Throughout the process, there were multiple "NO SHOW" or "No Call" dates and discrepancies about the material, including availability and delivery. Buyer beware; at best, unprofessional. I have decided to cut my losses and look for a new contractor. Bottom line: unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional.

Joseph Home Services (Frank) called and set up an appointment to discuss the issue with my porch. Once he arrived at my home he already had the paper work completed and we set a date. Within a couple of days from the meeting the project was complete. They did a great job and I will be calling them for my next project this spring. Thank You

Joseph Home Services completed our back porch renovation replacing 2 existing hollow wooden support posts with 4 new 4" square treated lumber posts sheathed in vinyl and added beautiful vinyl railing around the entire 14'x13' porch and steps as well. We had a bit of confusion concerning start date initially but began work in 8 days, and finished in 1-1/2 days and did an excellent job. They were diligent, worked without pause, used high quality materials, cleaned up completely each day, and left us with a great looking and sturdy new back porch! We have asked them to provide an estimate for renovating our front porch with vinyl (to eliminate painting every other year) for early next year. Thanks guys....we appreciate your best efforts!

I explained my wants and needs and they helped devise a workable plan to fit my budget. We discussed unforeseen complications and how to address them. They came to do the work and finished within the frame of time we discussed. They cleaned up afterwards and spent a little time reviewing the work that was done with me.
