Joseph Juhas is your trusted source for all residential appraisals. I work closely with a variety of clients in the Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. As an appraiser my goals are: prompt and polite customer service, easy scheduling with flexible inspection times including weekends, and last but not least the highest quality appraisal reports with quick turn-around times. I believe communication with the client is key. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: single-family home appraisals, multi-family home appraisals, appraisals for estate and tax purposes, private sale appraisals, and pre-listing and post-renovation appraisals.
