Josephâ s Little Home Improvements did a wonderful job on my emergency home repairs. I needed my porch roof repaired, including new shingles, a new ceiling and new bracing. I needed the work done asap and Joe helped with the repairs in a very timely manner. Joe was friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable as he kept me updated with the progress. I also needed additional brick and cement work as well as a new block window installed in the basement. Joe and his crew did a wonderful job completing all of my needed work in a few weeks and within my budget. I would highly recommend Josephâ s Little Home Improvements.

That after paying thousands of dollars up front and at the completion of the job he still left with the job unfinished. He removed and discarded my downspout from the rear of the home and when it was brought to his attention he told me over and over he was coming or would send someone to purchase and replace a new downspout now he does not even answer the phone. Or respond to messages any more. His level of professionalism once paid goes out the door. I would not recommend his services to anyone

I hired Joseph to point the wall and change the broken window lintels of my rental property. I trusted him because he was very responsive to talk with and because of his good reviews. However, after they have done the work, I am really disappointed by the quality of their work. I wish I can attach photos so that everyone can see what they did. * While doing the brick-pointing work, they broke the soffit of my porch. They literally cut my wood soffit into half and threw one half of it in our backyard. Now half of my soffit is gone and I can see through the roof. I have called them multiple times to beg them to fix it for me, but they refused to fix it. Their excuse was that my soffit was not installed correctly, and they were not able to take it off so they just broke it. * After they changed the window lintels, there is a gap of about 5 inch between the window lintel and the window frame. Mice can go into the building through there. I asked them to seal it, and they want to charge me another $400 per window to seal them. This is ridiculous. * There are dust, mortar and bricks all over the place. They do not clean up after their work. I really do not understand how they get a score of 4.6 will definitely avoid them next time.

They did a great job on my bricks, but I had no advance warning on when they were starting the work. It caused a little stress because I wasn't able to be home for it but it was all done professionally.

Joe Little is the epitome of what a contractor should be like. He is personable, very fair priced, does outstanding work and best of all....COMMUNICATES throughout. Upon request for service, was the ONLY contractor who came out immediately to assess my project. He provided a most reasonable price for the work, began when he said he would and completed promptly. This man and crew are the "REAL DEAL". I will utilize him for years to come and refer him to everyone I know looking for roofing work. I wish I could score him a 10 in lieu of a 5.

My roof suffered some wind damage and required a small repair that I couldn't reach or perform myself. Joseph called me promptly and provided a quick quote from a photo. He was was flexible with times and scheduled the work on a weekend to accommodate my schedule. He showed up exactly on time and got the job done. I'm happy with the fix, delighted with the customer service, and recommend Joseph Little for your home repairs.

Emergency service needed on wind damaged roof, response very fast had an appointment in 1 hour. Emergency temporary repairs were done in approx 3 hrs this on the weekend with heavy rain forcast for tomorrow I am very pleased. Will hire them for permanent repairs after insurance adjuster does inspection.

Not quite sure on relative value, but they were definitely informative, nice, and quick to respond and finish the job. No complaints.

We had a water leak through a bay window due to an ice dam. Joe was able to come and fix it the next morning. He was courteous and recommended what needed to be fixed. Him and his men worked through horrible weather and finished the job in a few hours.
