I INITIALLY gave Joe a 5-star rating. I am AMENDING that to a 1/2 star rating. I WOULD go to ZERO if the rating system let me! I paid him IN FULL before the job was done, MY MISTAKE! He left the job we agreed on UNDONE and left with over $700 I paid for the remainder of the job! He STOLE the money I FOOLISHLY prepaid him, after a handshake and a promise to finish by fitting me in among other jobs! He STOPPED answer my calls and disappeared! To top ALL of that off, last night (11-27-22) the portion of the roof that he repaired; leaked through to our living room floor. I am now left to fix my fixed; roof with winter coming on! THANKS JOE! Do NOT hire this man. You MAY have OK luck with him, or he might just choose to cut corners, as he did with me, and you find out 2 1/2 years later with a mess on your floor and a roof to RE-REPAIR!

joe does excellent work including clean up. the project stayed within buget. i currently have 2 more jobs planned for joe .....possibly three. in addition i told my neighbor about him.

He returns your phone calls, gives you a fair estimate of the requested work, shows up on time and gets the work done.

Responsive, honest, reasonable, delivered high-quality work on time and thorough. Very refreshing to deal with such a conscientious person who does what he says heâ ll do. We will hire him whenever we have more projects and recommend him highly!

Joe is a straight forward guy who does what he says. He showed up on time, roofed at a high level of expertise , and was a pleasure to work with! His pricing was great and I will be using Joe for many of my around the house jobs as well!

Showed up with 3 children to assist in dangerous work No hard hats , not eye protection, no idea how to do it right Failed to drop the first tree where I asked and created a problem Did not continue the work when I told him that he needed to move the first tree that he dropped , Hired Airial Tree to complete the work and they did right In my opinion, did

They worked very efficiently. Were thorough and even worked in the rain until the job was completed. They were very conscientious about their work .We hired them and they were to start one day. We thought it would have been in the morning. After a few messages were left, they called us late in the morning to say they would be there mid afternoon. They called at 5:45pm to say they ran late so they would begin the following day. Just wish they would have called a day or so before start or very early on start day to say when they would begin. Did not like waiting around for them to show up. That is THE ONLY complaint. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this company.

He works to complete projects through most any setbacks. Has a do whatever it takes attitude to get the job the done. Works with your schedule and will work late when required. Great job!
