I needed rotting wood right under a glass block window surrounded by vinyl siding replaced. Joseph was punctual in meeting me at my house to discuss the details of the work. He promptly gave me a reasonable and very competitive quote, so I hired him. He arrived early in the morning at the agreed-upon date and time and meticulously completed the job in one working day. He carefully removed the existing siding, replaced the rotten wood frame under the glass blocks along with new studs, installed new metal flashing and new vapor barrier, and put the siding back on right with caulk. I was out of town during the time he did this work, and so he sent me pictures of the job. Several contractors did not want to touch this work because they considered it to be a little more on the complex side, but Joseph did it and did a great job. I 100%, highly recommend him for your simple and even more complex handyman jobs.

Joe is a very nice man he worked hard in the hot sun to get the job done. Cleaned up after himself and answered questions I had about other projects.

We hired Jo to replace some handles on our hard case golf travel bag ripped off by the airline when we were traveling to Georgia. He contacted us immediately, made arrangements to come over and view the problem, took the project back to his house and delivered it back to us in pristine condition. This happened within one day. Not only that, he is a true southern gentleman and very concerned about his customers satisfaction. Great handyman!

I used Mr. Perry for multiple projects: Eaves repair and eaves fan installed; ceiling fan installed; Attic fan installed; bathroom painted and showerhead installed; and most importantly - he built an elevated storage/bed. He and his team are highly flexible and a pleasure to work with.

Mr Perry had his man Phil Ellis handle my project and he did an excellent job. He brought all the tools necessary for the patio enclosure cleaning, was efficient and polite and took care in cleaning up. I would hire these guys again, they provided top notch work and a very good value.

Joseph is excellent! I needed a chimney cap replaced on my rental property and he fixed it the next day. He's price was more than reasonable and he sent me pictures once the work was complete. I will definitely use him for future projects!

He is a Awesome worker and very Trustworthy. You won't find a better person to do Multiple repairs around your home!!
