Our insurance company was surprised that the fee we were charged did not cover mold removal. And we found additional mold after the initial test was done and there was no second or follow up mold testing performed. Overall, this is a good service, but one just needs to uncover all possible mold sources PRIOR to their site visit.

Joe was able to schedule the inspection quickly and was flexible to not interfere with my work hours. I talked to him Monday morning and we scheduled for late that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and thorough; kept looking until he found an unexpected problem area that is the source of my mold issue. He took pictures and samples, quickly got the samples to the lab for analysis, and had the detailed report, including the Mold Remediation Protocol, back to me by Friday morning. I highly recommend Joseph R. Green and Associates.
