My rating would be a 5 out of 5 but there was a problem with one of the saddles Joe installed. Its been difficult to get in contact with him and it still has not been fixed. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS THIS OCTOBER! UPDATE: It is now November 26, 2016 over two years since this project began. While Joe has been out to take measurements to fix our saddle problem, it is still not complete. Joe seems to show up and then disappear for long periods of time. The last time my wife spoke with him, he told her he was going away and he had not been in my area to stop by and fix the problem. Honestly, the issue should have been fixed a long time ago. His inconvenience is no larger than my inconvenience of not having my floor finished two plus years later. I will update again soon.

Joe Socci did a top quality job from moving the furniture out of the room to dust control to the beautiful final wood floor product. He is knowledgeable and curtious and went the extra mile to help me some small concerns that were not part of his job description. I have already recommended him to friends.

Joe Socci is a decent, knowledgeable, honest businessman who puts his customers first. We wanted our 50 year old red oak living and dining room floors refinished and thought everything was in place until the first contractor, whose estimate I had accepted, pulled a ���no show���. At this point I had removed the wall-to-wall carpeting, had done some time consuming tedious floor repairs, and both rooms were completely empty of furniture that was spread throughout other rooms in the house leading to quite an uncomfortable crowded living situation. Searching the internet and Home Advisor led me to Joe and his very favorable reviews. Within 24 hours of leaving a voice mail message, he returned my call and things started moving quickly and positively in our favor. Joe and his crew timely arrived as promised and proceeded to sand and refinish the floor in the manner that I wanted (virtually dustless sanding, staining and three finish coats of semi-gloss polyurethane to match an adjoining hallway floor that I had previously repaired and refinished). At the time of my hallway work, I had made a note to find someone who could do dustless sanding before tackling the other rooms due to the mess I encountered with sanding the hallway. Joe���s people were very professional and clean about their work. Joe was very resourceful at pointing out solutions and options for floor repairs, comparing finishes for the best outcome and other advice. This was in sharp contrast to two other contractors who refused to apply gloss finishes. The floor turned out beautiful and I have photos of the before, during and finished job.

Joe Socci is a very approachable man. His old school attention to detail and customer service are first rate. After interviewing several contractors for this job, Joe proved we made the right choice. Not the cheapest, but did the job as described in a timely manner. His people were very professional and clean about their work. The floors came out beautiful. Joe did a fantastic job on our floors. We have a historic home with very old hardwood floors. The floors were in very bad condition. All the other guys wanted to do a full replacement. Joe disagreed and he said he could get our floors back in great condition. He did that and more. He was on time, professional, and very reasonable. We have a few other projects to do and we don������t plan on calling anybody but Joe. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anybody!

Joe did an excellent job refinishing my floors. He treated my home as if it were his own and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

When I met Joe I knew right away I would hire him. With in seconds of requesting a estimate thru the internet my phone rang. We met and I was impressed with his knowledge and personality. He is hands on owner and did an excellent job.

Joe came over to give us an estimate and was hired on the spot. We thought we would be refinishing our bedroom, hallway and stairs. Unfortunately when the carpets were ripped up we saw many "little surprises" our dogs left. Joe and Henrrque (who I wish could be cloned were fabulous. The were here promptly at the time they said, even during a snow storm. Prompt, courteous and efficient are only a few words to describe Joe. He will be doing 4 more rooms in our home after the holidays. I even told him to keep the key! He is someone who takes pride in his craft and it shows.

Joe is very responsible, he replied to me when I called him and did what he said he would do. Always very knowledgeable like with what to clean the hardwood floor with and how to take care of the hardwood floor. He was very kind, nice person! He is very confident and on time! He always responded to me before and after the project! Would highly recommend!

Joe Socci did an awsom job explaining & answering questions, scheduling, & completing the project(s). Wood floor refinishing looks great. He also installed a vinyl tile flooring for us. Did a great job! :-)
