they showed up when they said they would, and provided the service exactly as expected. In an area where contractors are known for not showing up or double charging you, its nice to know some businesses are still out there operating at a level of quality not typically seen much anymore.

it took them 30 minutes to do the entire house and cost $175.00. I told the tech that this was way to much to pay and his reply was the chemicals are costly. they sprayed no more than a gallon of chemical and that's stretching it! WOW

Initial inspection don't believe the attic was inspected, but at treatment it was and recommendations discussed. Enjoyed discussing the termite habits and what to look for. So far so good and would like to keep it that way.

One of the sons came over and stuffed the deflectors with steel wool. Three days later when it got cold again, guess what. The rodents returned to the warm in between the ceiling and floor of my new home. Days a later, a second son came out and added more steel wool and a foam insulator, which the creatures soon chewed through. The father kept asking for four days as the foam insulation contains formaldehyde, a poison, which should kill them. Still waiting. I was hoping that they would remove a light fixture and apply whatever they use to rid of the pests. The father seemed very nice and courteous. Service was prompt, but not effective

The service team was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. I haven't had a problem since I called them. An awesome job.
