Yousef and his crew were very communicative, kind, and respectful. I cannot recommend them more highly. Not only did they do an exemplary job of the work they were hired to do, but Yousef and his team did other small repairs along the way because, as Yousef kept saying, "If I see it's broken, I have to fix it." I hired Yousef to power wash and resurface my deck. To prepare for power washing, I opened the interior water valve to run water to the exterior faucet when my pipe burst. Water began seeping through the drywall and into my basement. Yousef immediately analyzed the problem and his skilled laborer Marlon fixed the broken area of the pipe. The skill and patience they have shown during this unfortunate issue was impeccable. As a result, my deck was completed beautifully and all leaks from the pipe were sealed. I would hire them again for future home improvement needs.

I hired Yousef to repair a deck support that had shifted over the years from settling. He jacked up the deck and repositioned the support post and reinforced the footer with additional concrete. He also recommeded the installation of support brackets at all of the supports and between the supports and joists to strenthen the deck. He was very knowledgeable about the structure and very responsive coming out for an estimate and for completing the work.

I highly recommend Joseph and his crew for household remodels and repairs. We had structural reinforcement and re-screening done on our porch, and powerwashing for the house. Joseph is always available, worked with us to find the right solutions for our special needs, accommodated our demands, and supervised all work. He even took care of some small jobs not in the contract. His crew showed up on time, worked hard, followed specialized instruction, and asked if unsure how to proceed. They were also courteous and clean, and left the site in perfect condition. Though not the main work, the powerwashing is the best we've ever had, with care taken to avoid electric fixtures and water behind siding. It also included exterior window wipe. Joseph is knowledgeable and willing to take on virtually any task, and maintains a small enough business to keep his service personalized and attentive. The work started immediately and was finished on schedule, in a timely manner. You will feel like you are his only or most important job.

Mr. Yousef worked on my new house rebuilding and securing a big deck that was poorly done by another company. His estimate was itemized and his engineering background helped me understand the process to secure my deck. I appreciated that we agree on price and timing and he was able to get it done. His experience and the way his team is engaged to deliver quality work is above the average. They also work on painting several rooms, renovating a bathroom and changing the floor to hardwood. I should add that I left my house keys with Mr. Yousef and I knew I could trust him. I would recommend Joseph and Sons!

Joseph's knowledge, professionalism and integrity convinced me that I had selected the right company for my needs. My townhouse condo needed gutters and narrow eave vents painted all around which meant working at a 3 storey height in the back. I also needed to paint and patch or replace 12" X 20' fascia board at 2nd storey in back. All to be completed by the end of October. Joseph, the owner, responded himself within 10 minutes of my request. We scheduled an estimate for the following day. He gave a thorough assessment of the work to be done including his recommendations to replace the fascia board in back and to add gutter screens all around. His quote was fair and quite reasonable, and best of all, the work could be completed in one day. Joseph and his crew arrived on Saturday and got straight to work. He stayed on site to supervise his crew and make sure no detail was overlooked. When up near the roof, one of his crew spotted a ventilator flashing that had no seal and was coming undone. This was replaced and sealed that same day. The finished results were beautiful. When the owner of a company comes on site to insure that the work done meets his high standards. that speaks volumes to me about his work ethic and integrity. I was so completely impressed that I would not consider anyone else for future projects. Joseph and his company have earned my highest recommendation.

Work was done in ample time as per contract, Mr. Joseph is the man of word. He was visible all the time during the project. His crew worked hard and was cooperating to fix areas that needed to be fixed. Highly recommend this Company.
