Recently got my gutter repitched and added a downspout Angel and his crew showed up and went right to work. Guys were in and out within the hour. Jose from Santa maria roofing reached out and was at home within 20 mins to give me a quote price was fair and below what i was previously told by other companies. It has now rained for 3 days and guyter is flowing flawless. Thank you guys

They replaced the entire gutter system for me. They did a good job and cleaned up the area afterward. The price is also very reasonable. They came on time and finished the work on time. Jose followed up the work with a text message to make sure everything is ok. I will ask them to do my roof when the time comes.

Contractor was very responsive and highly professional. After meeting with several contractors he was selected for his honesty, craftmanship and fair pricing. His work was seameless. Completed a difficult roof replacement in a relatively short time. He was also very attentive to neighbors and made sure they would not be affected. Overall they did a great job and I would hire them again

I had Jose and his crew replace my porch and garage roofs and lay another sealant on my flat roof. It was a lot of work! They showed up at 7:30 am as prescribed and were done by 4:00 pm. The clean-up (and there was a lot to clean up) was a thing of beauty. Jose is attentive, he responds to all emails and phone calls. When he says he’s going to meet you on X date at Y time he’s there. Many contractors are not reliable like this. His pricing is very fair. He works hard. And he’s a professional. It’s always nerve wracking hiring someone to work on your house, I should know. Call Jose.

Jose and his team just replaced the roof for my rental property. This was actually the second time we've hired them. Both projects were completed perfectly. During the tear-off, he recommended adding a new layer of 1/2 inch plywood over the old roof deck, because the old decks have many damages and with big gaps. He offered a fair price for the work, which was much appreciated. They are friendly, professional, and always clean up thoroughly after the job. I highly recommend them!

I hired Jose to replace the roof on my home over a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The roof has held up beautifully, and I’ve had zero issues with leaks or wear. What really impressed me was his continued commitment even after the job was done. There was a fascia board hanging loose on my roof, which was not part of the project last year. I was not sure if he would come, but he came by promptly without hesitation when I called. I really appreciate that kind of responsibility. Highly recommend!!!

Jose is a good, efficient and neat worker but needs an extra effort in communicating with his customers. He tends to text short messages to customers instead of communicating by phone especially for older (senior citizens) which results in confusing interactions. His charges are fair.

I appreciated how quickly they responded to my inquiry and my concerns. He came to see the job immediately and he explained what needed to be done and we agreed on a date and price. His crew did an excellent job w the clean up and a great job on replacing the porch roof and gutters and the sofis and installing the fascia cover.
