Jay did great work, promptly, and taught me much about my older home's plumbing and HVAC systems. Installed new main service cut off valve, plus several other interior cut off valves for water lines to our two bathrooms, toilets and outside water spigot. All up-to-date and super easy to turn on/off. Plus, installed new Hot and Cold valves for tub in main bathroom that go with older style of tile and shower b/c originals had worn out and were leaking. Great to have this tub and shower available again for use! Did the work i requested, no pressure to upsell, but made some great suggestions for improvements at much better price than competition. Josh was a very nice guy. Listened to everything I had to say. Took his time with the job and made sure everything was done to perfection. Cleaned up after job was completed and disposed of any trash. When he left, there were no signs that he was even here. Am hiring again for more projects. Jay Bee came out very late on a Saturday night to look at my mom's furnace. Unfortunately he needed to obtain the part from a supplier so that had to wait until Monday. He brought several electric heaters to help until the repair could be made.

Contacted Josh for a quote to have an ac unit / heat pump installed into our rancher style home. Josh came out timely to give my family an estimate. Work was completed as quoted and desired.
