Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Josh did spring clean-up for us this year. It is the first time due to health issues I couldn't handle the job myself. He understood my concerns and did a wonderful job. He will be back in the fall to do the clean-up, so glad I found someone I can trust to do the work the way I want it done.

Josh came quickly the first time I hired him to plow out my driveway. His rates were much more reasonable than other snowplowers who charge double or even more for the same service. I'll keep using Josh as long as I can.

After 2 seasons with Josh, he stopped plowing my entire driveway as outlined on the contract he had me sign the second season. I found out from another property maintenance provider that I was being charged more than twice what he would have charged for the amount of plowing service I was receiving. I requested a discount since Josh was not plowing my entire driveway contracted for. He refused. He would not release me from my useless contract. He was rude in the end.

"Theresa Theresa i value my work and customers i cant always make every one happy but i don't thing you understand the work it take to plow your drive way. The truck take a lots of beating when we snow plow. I try not to beat the trucks any more then what they get . Then i wont be able to serve mine and HomeAdvisor or any new customers with a broken truck. The truck can only push so much snow and your dive way is not the normal drive way its small and tight out back and have to make it between 2 buildings one wrong move or slide the truck will be stuck or hit the buildings. Taken a few ex minutes and my skills and talent from driving and plowing with trucks and heavy equipment from when i was 8 years old I guess i made that look easy. Thank you for the ratings & reviews I look at them to see where i can improve thing and still working towards a 5 star rating"

He does a good job and he can even get right up to the garage door without actually touching it to remove snow. I highly recommend him. He got me out of a real pinch when I needed him and now I've hired him for the season (and probably next season too)

Did not arrive when expected. My husband had to help him finish our fence or we would have never had it done. Over charged for work that looks terrible. Fence posts are not even straight and all I find is concrete all over the lawn after 1 year.

"I think you have the wrong guy. 1 I would not put concrete on the lawn I mix them at the hole. 2 no one helps me with my jobs only the guy working with me.3 you cant even put you name or what job this was from. I do think you have the wrong just to let you know you get 3 of us looking at your job so you should try one of them. On 8/00/15 I was putting a big patio for a old customer I have for 4 year now and I just got done a big wall job just before and there fence job."

I was very impressed with Josh . We had spoken back in february about a yard cleanup and power rake project . I asked he call me back in april after the snows melted . April is here, and I did not save his number to call him , I watched the snows melt away and think to myself , do I start the work myself or start looking for a landscaper, as no way this man will call me back,, we talked 2 months ago for a few minutes only . Low and behold my phone rings one evening and it's Josh from JTD Demers . I was more than shocked . He recalled our conversation from february, and what I wanted to have done. He came over to give me an estimate, and within days the job was done ! It was better than what I expected . Power rake and cleanup of my lawn, hedges trimmed neat and beds left clean . The price was more than fair . Blows away what I had done the previous year by another landscaper. You can bet he will be doing my yard cleanup projects going forward, and for the record , his business card is safely in my wallet for future reference . If you need a job well done , at a price that is fair, and by a gentleman that you can speak to about all your landscaping concerns, JTD DEMERS is the way to go . Thanks JOSH ! I appreciate the job well done !

Besides the yardwork, the project included removing old, ugly dead bushes and replacing them with flowers and bushes. They also replaced a stone wall and walkway at the front entrance. The price was reasonable while several neighbors and a contractor working next door commented on how "nice" it now looks.

Josh was able to complete my lawn thatching and give me advice about certain areas of the lawn that needed different treatments, due to dog areas, and pine trees. Josh is knowledgable about the landscaping of my property and gave me excellent advice about what I needed to do to have a beautiful landscaped yard.
