We recently needed some repair work done under our house after some “wildlife neighbors” decided to move in underneath it. We worked with Monte from Dr. Energy Saver, and he was fantastic! He gave us all the time we needed to ask questions, showed us pictures of the products, and explained everything in great detail. Monte even caught crucial issues that other contractors had missed, ensuring the long-term success of the repairs. They committed to improve the experience for other customers and gave me an appropriate discount for my time and inconvenience. I am grateful they are responsive and took this seriously. Thank you for your respect, Dr. Energy Saver! Previous review: two stars. Unfortunately, this has been a very difficult experience for me to address standing water & drainage in my crawl space. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service.

Dr. Energy saver applied spray foam insulation in the attic of my old house which used to get unbearably hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We no longer have to run the AC non-stop to try and make the attic livable in the summer. Monte Riddle did the initial assessment and proposal. He was available during every step of the project as I had questions or concerns to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. The attic was almost 150 degrees the day that Tyler and his crew applied the spray foam, but they kept the schedule. The work wasn't cheap, but they did what no other insultation contractor that I talked to could. I wish I would have known about them years ago.

The project was so much more than the choices allowed above, This was an out with the old and in with the new insulation ,vapor barrier, and much more in the crawl space of my home. Brendon and his crew of Ricardo, Cyrus and Keidren did an excellent job making my crawlspace looking like new despite this somewhat challenging project. Brandon kept me informed daily of the work that would be done and patiently answered any questions I had, All of them were friendly, kind and respectful of me and my property. Also, a shout out to Courtney in the office for her courteous manner in answering my questions . All on all, a great experience with Dr Energy Saver from the estimate visit to the finish of the project. project!

The salesman promised rebate help. Not done. The crew wanted payment before the job was finished and got the one in charge got visibly angry when I insisted they finish before payment as agreed in the contract. The screens they put in the vents were not attached to the structure. And there is more. I would not recommend this company.

Really poor job! Slopy work would not follow up! Said they would clean up job then on the day they were to show up called and wanted 1800 dollars more! That's on top the 5000 they charged for job. Now my shop looks like a couple 10 year 0lds spayed foam on my walls!! Very unprofessional looking!

Thorough audit. However, their focus is to sell a $50,000 home sealing project. That?s crawl space to attic. Payback on energy savings? A zillion years.

They were great, took along time get scheduled. Pretty spendy, but they did what no other insulation company said they could.
