Bathroom Remodel
Submitted a complaint with the Ohio AG and the BBB for paid, unfinished work that is part of the original contract. Case pending.

Bathroom Remodel
The most organized remodeling company I’ve EVER worked with!! They follow through and follow up, schedule meetings in advance and show up on time. Everything is formal and digitized with DocuSign, google docs and google calendar. They are flexible, friendly and knowledgeable and even though we aren’t even done with my project yet, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Josh and his company so far!

Josh Powers Design, Build and Remodel is an excellent company to work with! We had a unique situation that required unique solutions, and every step of the way they were professional and compassionate. Any suggestions or ideas I had were listened to and taken to heart. I would highly recommend Josh and his team for your future projects! In fact, my sister was so impressed with our journey with them, that she and her husband are using his company for an addition on their home as well!

Josh Powers and team remodeled 2 of our bedroom closets. They were very very small closets prior to the remodel and hardly useful. Now we have much more space and the closets have been optimized to include as much storage as possible. Josh also had the idea to expose some brick in my daughters room. It was previously covered up and now the exposed brick adds some dimension to the room and looks great! They were timely with responses whenever we had questions throughout the project implementation.

Josh and his staff are remarkable. The quality of work is superb. Their professionals that leave nothing undone. The prep work that's done before they start a project protects all surroundings and shows their care and high standards. I will Never use another company if Josh is available to complete my projects. He and his staff far exceed expectations, and I have Very High Standards. I'm a client for life. Salute to Josh and his staff!!

Josh had a professional customer service oriented approach with attention to detail, maintaining the set schedule and communicating using text, email and meeting as needed or requested by homeowner. I would request Conrad to do the on site work as excellent carpenter as well as knowledgable and on time. We had hired this company to redo a basement room which needed drywall repair and installation as well as painting. We subsequently had them install peg board in garage..just a great experience and have been through many renovations !

Josh came and gave an estimate and talked me through his process immediately. He then followed through and gave me everything I asked for. The project took a little bit longer than expected, but that is because he was willing to change and add some things in the middle of the job. Everything turned out better than i could have hoped and I would highly recommend using him for anything you need!
