During a very bad cold spell in January of 2024 our heat stopped working. We had to use a kerosene heater to just survive and we called Josh and he said he gave us a date that he would be here to check out the furnace and see what the issue was. He never showed up when he said he would and when he finally showed up it was without advanced noticed but luckily I was home to let him in. I paid him $80 to look at our furnace and tell me that a heating element was bad and that he could replace it easily within a week. It?s been 11 months and not a single call has been returned and he has not tried to fix our problem. We lived on kerosene during last Winter?s cold spell until I could get a reputable hvac company to come the same day that we called and check it out and they not only fixed it but also told me that since the unit was so old that any parts for the unit would require a complete unit replacement and that the parts were not longer available to find. Josh is a fraud.

My system was installed last year. Now it has been down for 24 hours. I have texted, emailed, and left voice mails. I understand they may not be able to come out, but they could at least respond. It is now 80 degrees in my home, I am 65 years old and have COPD. I needmy air.

Had Josh put in some new duct work. Did a great job had no problems. With that being said during the last flood had damage done and tried reaching out to him as he had done work for me before .If you try calling it goes to a voice mail left several messages no return calls messaged him on Face Book no return. Just nothing so in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Josh Roberts heating and cooling installed all new duct work in my house after it got flooded. They came out and gave a quote quickly, and got the whole job done quickly for a decent price! All my other neighbors got their systems working months after ours, and had continuous problems out of them. Ours still runs great and we havenâ t had a single issue. I highly recommend Josh for any heating or cooling needs!

Very good and quick work to get what we needed. Would get them again in the future.
