Our HOA hired Josh first for exterior power washing and then again to paint our two entry doors. He also went above and beyond for each project. For example he power washed our backyard fence too though it had not been in the scope. He honored his commitments, respected our property, kept the work area clean, and ensured we knew how to care for the freshly painted doors afterward.
