Amazing company! Superb service! Excellent timing! Should I say more? Ok, let’s go. I reached out for a quote on Yelp concerning some pest control services for my business and Josh was one of the first to respond. Oh, I didn’t mention his response was within minutes! I felt like I was in a true crisis and that meant the world to me that he made time to take care of my issues the same day. Julian was dispatched and very communicative about when he would arrive (I didn’t do so well on my end I missed all the messages :( ) Julian was polite, patient, and so respectful. It was like he was sent from the lord! He was heaven-sent. I felt calm suddenly. To the pest issue. He made sure to walk the premises even outside the building looking for any signs that needed attention. Thank goodness my issue was minor. He made sure our business was left in great shape and our clients will remain happy and safe. My business is my baby and the public’s safety is my number one priority. Julian protected both today! Somebody read this review on a mountaintop for me so the world can come and support this business! Did I mention black-owned and full of excellence? I cried, laughed, and now said my peace.
