The superintendent of the job was very easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do. They stayed within the budget and completed the job on time. I would highly recommend them for your next project. Be sure to ask for Terry to manage your project.

I tried to pay more for the service bill and the tech would not except it... Very prompt service and very professional . He even put the "boot" things on his shoes before he came in the house ... I told him he didn't need to since we live in the sticks and he just said OK and put them on any way .. That was CLASS !!

It took 2 months from contract signing to completion of the project. Most of the delay was due to subcontractors (window manufacturers) delay in supplying the necessary material to work with. The material supplied was very good. The worker who did the work did not speak good English and was difficult to communicate with. He tried hard to do the job, but was not a finish carpenter and the end results were good, but not high grade. Joshua tried to do the job right, but was not on the job and only checked it every other day. Joshua was good to work with and very pleasant. The job required some adjustments to the structure and this added di

They were very courteous, helpful , and more concerned with the work itself than trying to hurry just to get it done. I absolutely love my new windows! I had a small problem with one window that was attended to quickly. Joshua was extremely fast in contacting me about what I needed and I would use his crew again.
