they was perfect!

Had the secondary crew. They were slower than planned and there were several projects that they couldn't do like using baseboard trim to add to a room. They used door trim mistakenly. Installed bathroom vanities before the baseboard, it was hard to retro fit. Several doors were missed in the painting. The crew was really nice overall.

Carlos and his crew, Kenny and George are the best! Professional gentlemen who are superior craftsmen. They were in our home for 7 days and went above and beyond to deliver a first class project. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Prices are fair and competitive, workmanship is truly excellent.

They were very accommodating and worked hard to finish the project on time. it was a big project (3 floors of rooms + ceilings). The work was done well because the painters took pride in their work.

Nobody is perfect in this world but its how you deal with people that matters. Keep up the good work Joshua and Carlos. If ever I need my house repainted again, rest assured that its you whom I will call.

Joshua painting did a good job painting our apartment. However it was tiring to communicate with them. You need to be carefull with what you ask for in the estimates. They missed to add few things we asked for in the estimates. When we talked they assured me it will be included but when i was doung final walk through of their work. They missed the windows to be painted. When asked Joshua told me inly window frames are included. I told them that i asked for windows and they gave me estimates including that. It was too late to argue then becuase i missed it on the estimates and signed it. Secondly, it is difficult to contact them. They dont pick phone often and you wonder will they do it or not. I needed the COI to give to the building managment and I asked them repeatedly a week before the work was supposed to start. Thru assured me they will send and the work will start on time. I had to send the COI on the day the work was suppose to start. They did not send it before which was a lilttle frustrating fir me. But the work they did was really good. I would recommend them provided you pay attention to the above and check the details carefully.

They were fast and did a very nice job painting my townhome.

I'm selling the house and met with Carlos with my realtor. He is very nice and knowledgeable, and does try to please. I never saw the result, but had my tenant and realtor there to verify. The realtor thought things were great, the tenant said he used the left paint to fix several missed places, and didn't like that trash was left for days and the raccoons got it. So I'd go with he did a pretty good job then. My only issue was the paperwork (since I am 1200 miles away), and the contract had several things that just didn't make sense, and a higher than agreed upon price (in writing). I corrected and signed/mailed it back. I made sure the real estate agent was there during the walk-through as what had to be done, since I wanted him to make sure it all did get done (and knew I wouldn't be there). They wanted to charge extra for those things and showed me his paperwork I couldn't read nor cared about. I just wanted him to do what we agreed upon while the 3 of us were there. He did come through, and didn't charge me extra in the end, so I'm happy. So in my opinion, I think he did well.

After reading the reviews here I decided to give them a call for a quote. I compared them to another company I got a quote from and Joshua Painting was half of what the other company quoted me on. So I went to Joshua's Painting LLC and boy am I glad! They are very professional, friendly and very detailed! Came on time for the first meeting and as well as for the job. Painted 2 floors of 3,300 SQFT home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, living room, dinning room, kitchen, all base and crown molding, window and door trim and 1 wall in the basement to match the rest of the walls. My wife is an Interior Designer and is very picky and even she approves his work. The job took 5 days. They did a great job in cleaning up the house after it was all done. They vacuumed then mopped and made sure all window screen was dust free. Marked every gallon of paint that was left over. Thanks again Carlos and Joshua for doing such an awesome job! I would definitely give you guys a call in the future for any home improvement project my wife has for me!

Our house is an older house with aluminum siding that had previously been painted. They painted the exterior of the house and cleaned the gutters. The workers did a good job and were friendly. The job was well organized including the clean up afterwards. We were very satisfied with the job and would recommend them.

The professionals at Joshua painting did superior work. The work was done to specification and my townhouse was spotless when the crew packed out. I asked them to paint nearly ALL of a new townhouse and work was completed in just 4 days. You must be very clear about stating your budget when working with Joshua Painting or costs could accumulate. The men are excellent, pleasant people to work with and I would use them again. The painting included caulking and smoothing rough patches on the walls. I am thrilled with the finished product.

Very great people to work with. Especially Carlos Mera. He provides great suggestions that are cost effective and better for the customer. I definitely got value for my money. Really happy with the job.

The saying is 99% of life is showing up. They contacted me and no other Home Advisor vendors did even though I reached out to one other and not to Joshua LLC. I didnt because I thought they were too far away. They did a very good job power washing but for almost $1,000 for about 6 hours work including travel time and very little our of pocket cost, that's is a sweet rate that is not easy to swallow. They were very thorough with communication. Clean up was pretty good but not excellent.

We were going to have friends and family paint our new condo. SO glad we didn't. Carlos and his team assesed the project, gave us a fair price and went to work. We asked and was given color schemes -advise so now we just love the new paint. The team ensured that the edging was perfect and were happy to walk around with us while we assessed the job. We highly recommend them.
