Sloppy grinding, left debris everywhere. There is a lack of communication between sales, billing, and the guys performing the work on site and they can't seem to get their act together........grinding is performed by third-party, not their staff. The right hand doesn't seem to know the left one even exists.

They were very professional and when their stump removal equipment had an issue the called in an alternate the same day to take care of it. They weren't the least expensive of the bids but I made the right choice.

Admittedly I find Joshua Tree to be a little bit pricey compared to some other companies we've had quotes from, BUT their quality of work, the impressive team that comes out for the job and their overall customer service are TOP NOTCH. So, we have used them on two different occasions to remove about 15 trees from our yard.

A large oak tree fell against my house and needed to be cut up and removed completely from a relatively inaccessible area. Everything had to be hauled up a hill. They are a highly professional and responsive operation. The work was scheduled for completion within a week. The personable team worked safely and without complaint while carrying out all that was promised. Throughout the the process I had contact with eight personnel involved in the project, including the owner Joshua who also followed up with inspection at completion.. I would recommend Joshua Tree Service to anyone who wants prompt, courteous and quality work done.

Although jury is still out on how well the treatments will work ( this kind of process will take time, of course), I found this company to be very responsive, knowledgeable and caring of my needs. i hate using sprays around the home and they took every one of my concerns into consideration. I would highly recommend them!
