I really liked Mike, he is no longer with the company, I had a Plumbing issue and asked Joshua a question regarding the work that was done, I felt I had every right too & Joshua did not seem too happy that I questioned his worked which cost me $500.00 and took it personal. Joshua was supposed to come back and install the shower hardware which he wanted an extra $200.00. Joshua Ignore three text messages and three phone calls. Finally texted me back and said he was busy, even though he told me he would be back and then sent me to a different Plumbing company. I finally did the installation on my own & saved $200.00. His rates are way too high and he seems to no longer be as friendly as he was once. I had highly recommended Joshua Tree Plumbing to many friends and family after my previous experience, going forward I will no longer recommend nor use Joshua Tree Plumbing.

This is perhaps the fourth time we used their service, each time deserving of a five star rating. The most recent job was the biggest we've had done, involved a complete re-pipe of well water treatment and pressure system as well as installation of new pressure relief valve and gauges. Each time guys were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgable...and the work is also VERY reasonably priced. They give attention to details, and never rush to get done quickly...the job is ALWAYS their priority. I'm thrilled to find that service companies such as this one still exist and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reputable and capable plumber.

Josh answered the phone promptly, told me the cost of locating a leak possibly under the foundation. He arrived when he promised, actually a little early. He located the leak inside a wall made a repair and did a complete clean-up within 2 hours. Both Josh and his associate were courteous, friendly, respectful and offered good advise in other areas. The price was fair and no attempt was made to sell up the cost of the job. From this point forward I consider Josh my plumber of the future an reccommend him highly.

Last night our toilets and bath tubs clogged and refused to drain. Called Josh this morning, luckily he was in the area and able to come out in about an hour. He and his partner were amazing. They went above and beyond in helping us fix our problems. The prices were extremely reasonable, the work great and did a wonderful job cleaning up before they left. Highly recommend them. We're even giving a Realtor friend their cards they impressed us so much. Thank you again for your hard work Joshua Tree Plumbing!

Professional, courteous, properly diagnosed the issue, and did a good job fast. Price was fair, and resolved my clogged toilet due to a tree root issue as fast as any plumber could. Really like having two technicians as they worked together on my job well and I'm certain the job went faster. Highly recommend you try these guys out.

Josh and Mike did the rough-in work for a new shower and toilet in my remodeling project. They arrived on time, were professional in every way, displayed a level of craftsmanship seldom seen today, and completed the work under budget. I will have them back to do the trim-out once the tile work has been completed and to rough-in for a new lavatory. Having been in the design-construction industry for many year, I highly recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing. They are a pleasure to work with.

Hired Joshua Tree to determine if my upstairs toilet was causing a slow/small leak that had stained ceiling on 1st floor. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing problem, but the individual who removed the toilet, checked the seal, etc., was very helpful, extremely courteous, and I'm happy to say that if I need a plumber, this is the company I'll call. Oh, and they charged $30 less than their quote. I highly recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing!

My son had previously used this company, so I called and had an appointment the next day. Joshua arrived on time. He immediately evaluated the drainage issue and gave me a written estimate of the job. He and Mike were able to start the job immediately. They are very professional, honest, and very clean. After all the drilling of concrete and dirt digging you would never know any work had been done. They cleaned everything up and did a great job. I will always use this company in the future.

I did not at any point feel like I was getting up-sold for something I didn't need. He gave a reasonable price for the service, which in my experience is unheard of with plumbers. He started immediately, was done in only a few hours, and even included a few things I didn't even ask for at no extra charge. The end result was high quality, quick, and I felt completely satisfied with the work. I would re-hire Josh in a second for his integrity alone!

We had a toilet in the powder room that was raised a bit from the floor and handy men repaired and fixed twice which broke again. Although little expensive from the other quotes i received, the job was executed perfectly replacing the flange and als fixing the issue permanently

I had additional plumbing installed in my laundry room so that I could have it fitted with a sink and cabinets. They did a thorough review/ plan before starting the project and completed the install as they said they would. They did an excellent job and I found them to be very helpful, great at communicating with you about your project and they even cleaned up afterwards. They will be back to do the sink and faucet fitting after I have the cabinets installed. Very impressed.

Josh just replaced my disposal and fixed a pipe issue that had been causing leaks under my kitchen sink for years. He worked with my schedule, was prompt with contact and completed the work in under an hour. He and his assistant were both extremely courteous and I will definitely call on him again when I have another plumbing issue.

Joshua and his crew did a fantastic job installing a new sewer system for my home. I had multiple quotes from different plumbers and none presented the professionalism and courtesy that they provided. Not to mention, there pricing was extremely fair and I would hire them for any plumbing issue going forward.

My water heater gave out on me and I found a list of local plumbers online. Joshua Tree Plumbing had no bad reviews and now I know why. Joshua stopped by the same day I called to take a look at my water heater. He presented me with my options and recommendations and explained everything in clear detail. He came back the very next day to install the heater. He offered to get it done the same day but I had an appointment to go to. His professionalism, punctuality, personality and honesty are not only appreciated but pretty awesome! Highly recommend him!
