Josh always showed up when he said he would. Every day he gave us an update on how it was going . He did a great job describing how things would go together. They are a hard working crew that are polite and it was nice to see them everyday. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he did it for a fair price. Our project was a 1830 federal style home with high and low roofs, dormers and chimneys. He also took down a old chimney. The roof was done in metal and was 30 square so it was a good size project. Joshua repaired my metal roof. He replaced 500 screws and caulked various areas. Spent a little over 2 hours on the roof with his helper. He was on time and gave me a quote before he started. $435.00. Which I think was a fair price. It has not rain since the repair, so still waiting to see If roof still leaks. Iâ m pretty confident that it wonâ t.
