Responsive and professional.

They are very responsive and flexible!

Josue went above and beyond my expectations. He was wonderful. He was very conscientious, and would continue to point out what he needed to do to complete the job. I definitely plan on hiring him for future jobs.

Very professional and provided great advice throughout project. Outstanding work quality and very conscientious (favorite quality). Very flexible working with clients, and supporting last minute color decisions. Will recommend to our HOA.

Josue's and his partner did an amazing job on my project. I was very impressed and happy with the end results !!

Professional, efficient, quality work

He was very flexible, he did the job in a very short time frame and was able to complete the job. He did a great job.

They did excellent work

Josue was professional and always on time. Finished the job when he said he would. He did an excellent job painting my condo, looks beautiful. I will surely call him again for any future projects.

Josue did an excellent job for us. He painted our entire house (over 2000sf) in less than a week, he was very detailed oriented and very accommodating to our changes. Josue even installed chair rail molding in our dining room which enhanced the room tremendously. Thank you Josue for job well done!!

Absoultley amazing!! did all paint in condo in one day. did great job. pricing was the lowest- I was pleased

Josue was wonderful to work with. He contacted me right away, he was professional and on time, and he provided a very competitive estimate. He and his painter Oscar did an excellent job, and were very considerate in trying to plan which rooms to paint when, so as to minimize disruption in the house. They cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the job. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

We were impressed from our initial estimate and could immediately tell that Josue had the attitude and commitment to get job done right the first time. Josue and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and patient as we changed colors last minute and added/removed work from the job. Josue was very helpful throughout the project, provided feedback and was quick to respond to all of our questions. In summary, Josue is prompt, trustworthy, and very professional. Not only are his prices very reasonable, his attention to detail is exceptional and his work impeccable. We own a few homes and will work with Josue on all future paint jobs.

Josue was fantastic and honest. His prep work was flawless on our very uneven 70 year old walls. He also recommended painting solutions that were affordable. He will be the only painter I use as long as he's in business.

If I saw anything that wasn't just right, he fixed it quickly. We were extremely delighted with Josue and his men and the job they did.

Josue is very efficient and very punctual. His crew is super friendly. On top of the excellent job, they did extra work. Price is among the lowest. Definitely use them again.

Josue did a very good job. He is customer service oriented and demonstrated great attention to detail. I also like that he personally shows up with his painting crew to do the job, unlike some competitors who only give you the estimate and then hand the job off to a crew that they do not personally supervise. Id definitely use him again.

Josue and his team were very professional. They were very punctual, well organized and fluid. Part of the job required patching several large holes. They did an outstanding job as we cannot even tell were the holes were expect by comapring to picture taken prior to the job. Additionally, they completed the job sooner than they had anticipated and left the area clean as if they were never there. I have already recommended Josue and his crew to a friend and will use there services again if I decide to hav more painting done. Steve A

Great job!!! We were getting ready to sell the house and it had been years since it was painted. I received 3 estimates from Service Magic and chose Josue. They were all professional and within $250-$500 of each other but Josue took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and how, explained prep work and even did some drywall work. We put the house up on the market on a Thursday and had received an offer by the next day. One of the things the buyers pointed out was how nice the paint job was. Definitely worth the money! I would recommend him without reservation. He referred his sister who did a great job cleaning the house!

I found Josue Blanco to be reliable, conscientious and very competent. His price for the job was reasonable and his work was very professional. l I recommend him highly

Very professional. Finished on budget and on time. I would hire again.

He is on Time and good at his job.

I can not say enough good things about our experience with Josue and his team. He was incredibly patient and flexible with us even as our project scope and timing changed and shifted, and provided a great quality product for a great price. His communication is top notch - we felt like we had a true partner - and his attention to customer service is the kind that you just don't find much anymore. Don't look any further, hire Josue - one of the best decisions we made in our renovation process.

Good price, good work. He did the work on this job alone and was very good about updating me on the progress via e-mail. Very pleasant contracting experience. Highly recommended.
