I was really worried about getting our install done before year end, but out of no where , everything got done and the ball moved quickly . Thanks to my salesman , he really made some moves and sent emails and did whatever needed to be done to get my install expedited . If it weren't for him I really don't know how I would feel , but bc of him , my mother and I , well we feel great to be apart of the Joule family!! Thanks again! The panels look awesome , they are sleek, low profile, clean looking and better than other roofs I've seen with solar . Joule Solar Energy went above and beyond, and also relocating the power meter to conform to new standards ( all would be very expensive costs if done on own ) I am excited to say Joule Solar Energy knows what they are doing !
