Why is one of the best experiences with a contractor. Picked up on small details that really accomplished a finished look for the project would and will hire again for future projects. Who was very respectful of property. And behavior was very respectful toward me as a customer when I ask questions they didnâ t hesitate to help answer them.

I hired Joya to install 1100 sq ft of porcelain tile flooring and a kitchen backsplash. They were able to complete the entire job in 5 days with amazing results. Both he and all of his employees were incredibly nice and helpful, the job was done incredibly well and I am still satisfied with the excellent work. I highly suggest them.

they did a good job! at the first project, but the second time the floor is not even, though they did the leveling....and it started to making sounds now...

The project was installing vinyl plank flooring. The workers were professional, thorough and did an excellent job. Juan was very responsive to questions and keeping me updated. I'd highly recommend this company and would definitely work with them again.

Hired these guys to flatten my subfloor for tile planks. They were 3 hours late to job site. Poor communication. After a price was agreed to, they charged my wife 23% more after the job was completed (I had to leave for work). The floor wasn't totally flat with variations in height throughout. And the final straw, they left my garden hose running for 2 straight hours, wasting 3,000 gallons of water and flooding my flowerbeds. Considered having them install the tile too However, based on my above experience, I figured I could do a better job laying the tile myself.

Did a good job! One thing that impressed me is that their was a small issue with the grout, reached out and he came right out to fix small/minor grout flaw!

Mr. Joya was quick to respond to my call and was able to come check out my floor and give me a quote and then fix it the next day. He had an employee do the actual repair, but he was here several times during the course of the repair to make sure all was going well and that all supplies needed were available. We were so glad to have the repair completed!! Thank you Mr. Joya!
