From our initial meeting with Elijah to the scheduling with Carrie and the measurements and install all done by Tyler, our overall experience was great. Friendly staff and easy to talk to made this whole process ver smooth. The sunroom turned out great and the hard work and skills that Tyler had were outstanding. Those reading this that are not familiar with Joyce Factory Direct owe it to yourself to check them out. The manufacture their own windows and doors that are of extremely high quality at a very fair price. Don’t let these guys slip through your selection process without giving them a shot. I will guarantee that if you do you will see the quality and the deal compared to other window manufacturers.

Greg was fantastic. He came on time and stayed late when necessary. He explained everything to me, even double checking on placement of handrails etc. Greg came to my home on Thanksgiving afternoon after a found a pipe leaking from the day before . I would recommend Greg for future projects.

Had a few windows replaced. Tyler and crew came in and made quick work of the job. They left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Walked me through the process and showed me how the windows work. Will definitely consider Joyce for future window replacements.

Joyce added a 3 Seasons room to our beck deck. It was a very enjoyable experience working with true professionals. They took the time to go over all of options and provided nice recommendations for the project. Once we had our plans Joyce took over the whole experience from permits to the delivery of materials. The installers were extremely professional and answered all my questions during the build. Before the installers left they made sure they did a thorough sweep for any waste and debris. The room is a great addition to our home and has made my fiancée a very happy woman. It has also been a nice hangout room for our grandchildren when they visit. Thanks Joyce for making our home a nicer place to live!!!

We had Nick as our installer. He was very friendly and accommodating. He did an amazing job putting in our bathroom! The whole process took about 3 days. He made sure we knew what to expect on the days that he was there as well as times and how long it would take. We had a small leak right after he left and he immediately came back and resolved the issue. We had some issues come up outside of the install. Everything was handled professionally.

So far a great experience and I haven’t even gotten my shower installed. If you are lucky enough to get Tony Alfano as your Joyce representative you are in good hands. His professionalism, courtesy, and non pressure approach made it an easy choice for myself. I can’t wait to see the great work they do.

This past winter my husband and I wanted to convert our bathroom tub/shower into a shower only. The commercials on tv led to several options of contractors. Having interviewed a few, we set up an apt. with Tony with Joyce. We were not only pleased with his presentation, but the product was high quality, and made custom to our needs. Bailey measurements were exact, along with the master of installations, provided by Paul was even better than we expected. Paul was none stop, very particular, conscientious , respectful and left no mess behind. If anyone is considering a bathroom remodeling, I strongly recommend you give Tony a call.
