My experience with Joyce was exceptional! The salesman, Bob Guido, was easy to work with, not pushy & listened to my needs. I shopped around & found that Joyce was the best choice. I was equally impressed with the rest of the team as well. Carrie, the PM, called when she said she would to setup the schedule. The install Crew (Cliff & Ian) were professional & courteous. They were efficient & timely. And they cleaned up when they were finished. They also showed me how the windows operate (they pull down & out in every direction lol). I am very happy with my choice of contracting with Joyce.

We had Joyce windows installed over the past two days. Cliff and Ian went over all details and addressed concerns. They were very efficient and accommodating with our schedules. We were shown how the windows function and ensured all questions about the financial paperwork were answered. Would recommend Cliff and Ian for further installation work.

Our installer was a true professional! Not only did her show up on time, he was neat & clean with his work, both inside and outside where some of the labor was done. The shower is beautiful. There are a nice amount of options to have it feel very customizable. Tim obviously has great experience in the field and pays great attention to detail. He stayed on task with very little down time. He knew what it takes to do the job. Highly recommend this local family business.

The bedroom windows and storm door were as we expected. Cliff and Ian did a terrific install job for us. Only negative was someone should have been more forthcoming about the likelihood that our window treatments could not be reinstalled properly because parts of the new windows stuck out further. Other than that we were completely satisfied with the product and install.
