New sliding door, best quality and awesome install. These guys are the best!

First, I’ll qualify this by saying that I am a very particular customer when it comes to home improvement projects. If I were rating on just my last experience, I would be giving five stars, but I’m only giving four because the original installation of my entry door was not done properly. There were several issues with the door alignment and functionality after the first install. I contacted the company and they sent a technician out to evaluate the door. He had to order a few parts and then returned at a later date to “correct” the issues. As the weather turned cold, I could feel a significant draft from the lockset all the way down to the floor and across to the hinged side. Again, I contacted the service department and another higher level tech was sent out. While he was unable to solve the problem, he also acknowledged that there definitely was a problem. The company ordered a new door frame and said that they would reinstall at my convenience. I opted to limp by through the winter and seal the drafts off as best I could. Once the weather broke this spring, a different crew was sent out to remove the old door frame and reinstall the new one properly and rehang the original door. While, I haven’t had cold enough weather to determine whether the problem is truly resolved or not, based on the operation and appearance of the door now, I do believe everything will be good. I think the true mark of a company in this space is far more than just great reviews the first time around. I think that their willingness to work through issues, recognize when they need to make things right and follow through to do so is just as important, if not more so. I would absolutely recommend giving them an opportunity to do work for you.

The entire transaction, from estimate meeting, to project progress updates, to installation was handled professionally and efficiently. I'm very happy with the entire process and the end result. The new exterior door is so much nicer than my old one. Mark and Adam were consummate professionals, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done with the install. They even accommodated my need to leave for a lunch date; got me on my way right on time.

I had Joyce factory take out my tub and enclosure and install a walk in shower. They did an excellent job and were very good at the clean up.
