Jay came and did an inspection on my roof and I never heard from him again.

I had a great experience working with JR&CO, specially I worked with Isaiah Colon. From start to finish my experience was exceptional. Isaiah was able to inspect my roof and help me file a claim with my insurance. I love the color (Merlo) !!! I highly recommend JR&CO, and the best part a lifetime warranty.

Had a new roof installed in September 2025 due to some soft spots in the ceiling drywall from a leak. Inspection showed hail damage was the culprit. They left a few roof parts in the yard that were not picked up until November. May 2026 during the first big storm in the springs, it started leaking around the skylight and stained the drywall. Called the company, and a repair was done 4 days later, and supposedly quality control came out to inspect it. June 22, barely 3 weeks later, another hailstorm and the skylight started to pour water into our back room from the same spot. They came out and fixed it 3 days later. Has a storm the same evening, and it wasn't leaking. I will say that Isaiah, the project manager assigned to us, is great and does his best to make it right. The ceiling lights went out in November, and the electrian found it was a fixture knocked loose from the roof replacement. Isaiah sent us a $250 to reimburse us for the $230 repair. He also made the insurance process absolutely painless.

Felt they were very thorough with the inspection and quick to finish the job. Now just waiting on the rain to see if they were successfully in stopping the leak!

I saw how other roofers performed which made this company stand out. Others did roof tear off and it was months before they installed the tile but not JR, they did not start tear off until the tile was on our driveway. From start to finish it was less than 3 weeks. In that I was up north during the project the daily updates really reassured me and included drone photos. Cory Knowles was our contact and was very responsive. Also, they did not require much in terms of a deposit which tells me they were not short of cash. I was really impressed.
