Hired for a small paint job that was done quickly and courteously, cleaning up around the worksite after and making sure that I had the paint name if I needed more down the road.

On time. Did even more than I had anticipated. Did a perfect job of clean-up when finished. Communication was excellent. We will use his firm again. I have already recommended him to a friend if he needs work. The job was started right away, when he said he was going to start & completed when he anticipated. He provided a day for the deck flooring to cure before moving furniture back onto the deck. Thus he was more concerned about a good/lasting job than getting his final payment and running. Did an unbelievable job of protecting all of the adjacent areas to prevent them from getting splattered from the work area.

Jramirez Construction is responsive, cordial and punctual, but they did not do exactly what we had discussed. We had discussed fully scrapping my project prior to the application of paint, but that was not done thoroughly and i now have flaking paint again. I would have paid more to complete the project correctly, if they had said it would have taken more time.

Juan and his team did a great job. Attention to detail was important and they delivered. They did an excellent job on prep and clean up. Most importantly, the deck looks fantastic. I highly recommend Juan.
