Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
The work I requested was not completed. When they came in to give a quote, I have clearly explained what I needed to be done in the yard. I asked them to help with the weeds and edge the garden area on both sides of the yard and mulch. They said there will be three people working and need $950 for the whole work. I agreed to expect a quality job. When they came in there were only two persons and the weeded area was not completely cleaned. Did not edge the other side of the yard. While I asked them they told me to get a weed killer and spray it, and for the other side of the yard, he said it is not in the contract!!! There was no contract actually! Not willing to make any adjustments in the work. The edged and mulched garden area looks good so I am giving 3 stars. They cleared an area of weed in the front of my yard and seeded it. While leaving I asked him about the work which was not done, then he said he have kids and need to leave. I paid him the full amount I promised though I did not get the work done completely. He said he will come another day and do it but I do not think it is going to happen or even if he comes, I will be forced to pay him again, though I paid him, extra one person. Now myself and my husband is spending our time and energy in the yard and working on weeds and patchy areas by ourselves. My husband is blaming me for wasting money! He made us purchase the most expensive seed and even after watering them twice a day taking good care, it did not grow at all..! These people have no idea about landscaping and their name itself proves - Juniors - yes, they are very junior in that skill, or they do not have the skill at all.
Response from Juniors landscaping -
"Madam, I am very sorry that it was not to your liking, but I did my job and explained perfectly that the grass does not come out in the sand, and he did not want to pay to put new land and if it was $ 950 because it was cleaned around his house I did the new edged, I put 6 yards of mulch."
