Had a very positive experience with Arvel. The job was somewhat usual, I needed a pond/gardening area concreted in my basement. Arvel and I spoke over the phone, he came by and gave an estimate which I excepted. The guys gave a date, showed up on time and finished the project as planned, The job performed turned out as I expected and we were very pleased with the workmanship. I had a very negative experience with someone else who was supposed to do my patio. Explained the situation to him. He was very reasonable. Excellent communication and honesty. Fit me in quickly for my patio. Everyone in his crew was pleasant and did a great job. Canâ t say enough good things about them. Definitely recommend them. ð ð ð ð

The company owner Arvel Skaggs is a very unprofessional person, he gave me a bid and I accepted it by email. He called me back and confirmed the work and price but told me there is no more paperwork needed. I waited about 3 months for him to start the work. Today, he called to give me a work start date and also said the price will be $600 more than the original price. He is not a man who keeps his words. So think twice before hiring this company.

Very impressed with Jr.s work. Got three bids for 17 ft x 25 ft slab for patio under deck. Jr.s was the best bid and said work could be done within 4-6 weeks. Hired them because best bid and good ratings. The latter (i.e., ratings for quality of work) is well deserved. Did both excavation and placement of concrete within 1.5 days. Looks wonderful. Highly recommend.

JR,s Concrete was very courteous, professional, and reasonable. They done a beautiful front concrete porch replacement at our home . I had been told that our row of large bushes in front of the porch would have to be move at my expense $3 to 400, JR,s saved us that money, by performing the job without moving 1 bush. I would recommend JR,s Concrete to any one.

No one is perfect, thus the rating of 4.5 If you want a great / safe experience, professional people, and a company that will work for you and with you then JR's the company for you. The company owner, Arvel worked with me throughout the entire project (10x10ft patio, 40ftx8ft sidewalk and created a home entry step). I am extremely satisfied and can not praise them enough.
