This person seems to be incapable of doing more than the most basic tasks. He showed up maskless,, no introduction (no name, no card). He even had to ask me for tools. He did damage to my pedestal sink (broke the porcelain off the pedestal, tore the sink from the wall and lost the screwed in bracket that hold the sink to the wall). The sink is now dangerously unstable. He could not figure out how to fix the problem, and asked me for money to boot!!!!! Then fled!! All I needed was the old faucet set removed and the new one put in.
